Hiring of earth cutting/excavating machineries ton be deployed for earth cutting/excavating or filling making divertion bandh and channel wherver required including cost of fuel oil lubricants and wages of operational staff any repair breakage during operation will be carried out by the owner at his own risk and cost including shifting of machinery one place to another place at required loction Actual working hours will be accounted for the payment and six hours per day working will requiered average minimum Cum(twenty cum) excavation in all kind of soil including loaing in tippers truck and diposal of excavated earth in all leads and lifts will have to be ensured one hour working. @20.00 cum/hour).

Boulder filling under floor in all leads and lifts complete in all respect.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frames30 x30 x 5 mm so as to give a fair finish i/c centring,shuttering,strutting & propping etc. with wooden battens & ballies, height of propping & centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mts. &removal of the same for in situ-reinforced concrete & plain concrete work in :-

Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thick.) partitions & the like i/c attached pillasters,buttresses,plinth & string courses & the like and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 ( One cement : 2 sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size )and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth in all depths and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 ( One cement : 5 sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size )and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth in all depths and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in Charge.

Half Brick masonary for panel with CM 1:4

2nd class half brick masonry in comman burnt clay building bricks in cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Sand ) for pannel including carriage of materials in all lead and lifts.

P/L c.concr.1:2:4 (1cement : 2 sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) & curing complete excluding the cost of form work & reinforcement for RCC work in :- columns,Pillars posts and Struts upto floor two level.

Brick work using 2nd class comman burnt clay building bricks in foundation and plinth in cement mortor 1:4 (One cement : 4 sand ) Brick in the centre of column below MS pannel including carriage of materials in all lead and lifts.

15 mm cement plaster in single coat on fair side of brick/stone masonry for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrises, internal rounded angles,chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in girth and finished even and smooth : cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement :3 sand) including entire carriage of material with in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles 10 mm thick in (wall tiles) 250X375X10 mm size) treads of steps laid on bed of 12 mm thick cement mortor 1:3 (1 cement:3 sand) finished with pointing in white cement . Tile at the top of the column.

Steel work welded in built up sections,trusses and framed work i/c cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint in grating framed guard bars, ladders,railing ,bracket and similar work M.S. angle 35X35X35 mm frame around the wall.
