1) Houses/Factories/land/other properties which situated in Industrial premises (Assessable Area of factories/other properties) 2)Unique Property Identification Number (UPIN) Door numbering as per Property Number, preparation of Computerized CAD Scaled floor & building plan with showing every rooms, stair case, passage, balcony, porch etc. and their inner and outer dimension, plot margins for every properties as well as plot dimensions, capturing HD Photograph of every properties from four sides of proprty, linking the floor plan,Details of property & photograph of every properties to the computerized property data base(IWBP) for quick views & quick reference of relevant property details. Provide kml&pdf files,Printed Property/Ward/Zone wise Computerized Property Survey Reports case papers along with Photo and plans printed showing all Calculations and old records details 3)Data entry of all collected data, assist to do Assessment of properties with tax calculation, assist to prepare format 43 & 47 completing 118,121, 150 and all necessary norms, primary and final Tax Assessment lists, preparing assessment register, and generation of assessment notices, demand bills, Registers of objections, Hearing Note sheets, arrangements & settlement of objection and hearing, posting after hearings and, providing Online Data Publishing, computerization of the entire works. Provide kml&pdf files,Printed Property/Ward/zone wise Computerized Property tax assessment case papers along with Photo and plans printed showing all Calculations and old records details. 4)Providing web application for liking the data of property tax department for the Quick reference and generating the reports of transactions.
