Providing and erecting Type-A "W" metal beam crash barrier comprising of 3 mm thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail, 70 cm above road/ground level, fixed on ISMC series channel vertical post, 150 x 75 x 5 mm spaced 2 m centre to centre, 1.8 m high, 1.1 m below ground/road level, all steel parts and fitments to be galvanised by hot dip process, all fittings to conform to IS:1367 and IS:1364, metal beam rail to be fixed on the vertical post with a spacer of channel section 150 x 75 x 5 mm, 330 mm long as per technical specification and as per Clause No. 810 & section 800 & 2300 of Specification for Road & Bridge works of Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (5th Revision) & including cost of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes, royalty etc complete in all respect and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & laying of Hot applied thermoplastic compound conforming to ASTM D36/BS-3262(Part-I),2.5mm thick for Road marking including reflecterising glass beads @250 grams per sqm area, thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC-35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes including cost of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes, royalty etc complete in all respect as per Clause No.803 & other relevant clauses/sections of specification for Road and Bridge works (5th Revision) of Ministry and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying of RAISED PAVEMENT MARKER ( RPM) made for polycarbonate and ABS moulded body and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of light entering the lens face and shall support a load of 16000 Kg tested accordance to ASTM D 4280 Type H and complying to specification of category A of MoRT&H Circular No. RW/NH/33023/10-97-DO 111 dt. 11.06.1997. The height, width and length shall not exceed 50mm , 100mm and with minimum reflective area of 13 Sq.cm on each side and the slop to the base shall be 35+/-5 degree. The body is to be a minimum value of 500 Kgf. Fixing will be using epoxy resin based adhesive as per clause -804 of specification for Road and Bridges of MoRT&H (5th Revision)complete and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing of retro-reflectorised sheets made of high intensity grade sheeting vide clause -801.3 fixed over alluminium sheeting 1.5mm thick and fixing over trees and MBCB as per approved drawing including cost of all materials, labour, lead ,lift, T&P, taxes, royalty etc complete in all respect and as per Clause No.801 and other relevant sections/clauses of technical specifications for Road & Bridge works of Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (5th Revision) and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying Tack coat with Bitumen Emulsion(Medium Setting) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of @ 0.25Kg/sqm on the prepared bituminous /granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per Clause No.503 , Section 900 & other relevant clauses of Specifications for Road and Bridge works of Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (5th Revision) complete in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in excavation of foundation in hard soil for Light posts at Minor Junctions and Street light for Built up area as per approved drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling the excavation earth to the extent required and utilising the remaining earth locally for road work as per clause 304 and other relevant sections/clauses of specification for road & bridge works of Ministry of Road Transport & Highways ( 5th revision ) including cost of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes, labour welfare cess, royalty etc complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing and laying Plain Cement Concrete M-15 nominal mix in foundatation of Light posts at Minor Junctions and Street light for Built up area with 40 mm nominal size crushed stone aggregate mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curring as per Drawing and Technical Specifications and as per Section 1500, 1700 & 2100 and other relevant sections/clauses of specification for road & bridge works of Ministry of Road Transport & Highways ( 5th revision ) including cost of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes, labour welfare cess, royalty etc complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing and laying Plain/ Reinforced Cement Concrete of Grade M-20 (nominal mix of 1:1.5:3) in Sub-structure for cover slab of drain using 10mm & 20mm crusher broken hard granite stone aggregates and including formwork complete as per drawing and technical specification using High Strength approved quality cement and hard granite crusher broken stone aggregates conforming to Table 1000-1 as per Section No. 900, 1000,1500,1700,2100,2200 and 2300 of Specification for Road and Bridge works (5th Revision) of Ministry of Road Transport and Highways including cost of all materials,(excluding cost of steel) labour, T&P taxes, royalty etc. complete in all respect and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing of retro-reflectorised cautionary mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC:67 made of high intensity grade sheeting vide clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 1.5mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75mm x 75mm x 6mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M-15 grade cement concrete 45cm x 45cm x 60cm, 60cm below ground level as per approved drawing including cost of all materials, labour, lead ,lift, T&P, taxes, royalty etc complete in all respect and as per Clause No.801 ,Section No.900 and other relevant sections/clauses of technical specifications for Road & Bridge works of Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (5th Revision) and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
