Brick work with fly ash bricks having crushing strength not less than 75kg/sqm with cement mortar (1:6) in super structure including cost carriage royalty and scaffolding, staging with labour and all other taxes of all materials to the site of work including watering and curing etc. Complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

12mm thick cement plaster in Cement mortar (1:4) over brick work including racking out joints 12mm deep with neat cement punning & bitumen paint including cost, conveyance, royalty and scaffolding, staging with labour all other taxes of the materials to the site of work etc. but excluding of empty cement bags. Complete including curing upto required period etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Finishing wall surface of wall with Acrylic wall putty (water based) of approved make and finished smooth an even surface to receive painting including cost of scaffolding staging charges with cost of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P etc. Complete as per the specification & direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing of 30cm x 30cm ceramic wall tile of premimum grade having thickness 6.50mm to 6.70mm confirming to IS 13753 in wall 12mm thick cement mortar (1:3) jointed with slury mixed with pigement to match the shades of the tiles etc. including cost of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P etc. Complete as per the specification & direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Earth work in excavation of foundation in all kinds of soil by manual means/mechanical means with all leads, lifts & delifts including leveling and dressing the foundation bed upto design bed level and depositing the excavated earth away from the working area including breaking clods maximum 5cm to 7cm in size and laying in layers not exceeding 0.30mtr. in depth including bailing out water and dewatering if required etc. Complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge

Filling foundation and plinth with sand including watering & ramming with all labour and T&P’s with all leads, lifts and delifts including cost carriage & royalty of all materials etc. Complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Cement concrete (1:3:6) using 4cm size hard granite crusher broken metal free from weathered skin surface of uniform colour and texture from approved quarry and approved quality conferming to specification, mixing by concrete mixture including hoisting and laying concrete in position with all leads, lifts, and delifts including cost conveyance, royalty and taxes of materials including dewatering by suitable means, supplying T&P quaring for specified period with hire and running charges of machineries required for the work, construction and maintenance of coffer dam and approach road if required till completion of work etc. Complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, fitting & fixing of cement chequered tiles in floors of approved make laid on 20mm thick of cement mortar (1:4) and filling jointed with neat cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including cost, carriage, royalty & all other taxes of all materials required for the work etc. Complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, fitting & fixing of 80mm thick concrete interlocking paver block of M-40 grade of approved make, design, colour and size by Block making machine with proper compaction laid in required pattern etc. Complete in all respect conforming to IRC SP 63:2018 etc. Complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Rigid smooth centering and shuttering for RCC/CC work including false work and dismantling them after casting and removing the debris away from the working area and stacking the useful materials for reuse including cost, carriage, royalty and taxes of all materials with all labour to the site of work etc. Complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cement concrete (1:2:4) using 12mm size hard crusher broken granite chips/aggregate free from weathered skin surface of uniform colour and texture from approved quarry and approved quality conforming to specification mixing by concrete mixure including hoisting, laying concrete in position including cost, carriage, royalty and taxes of materials including dewatering by suitable means, supplying T&P quaring for specified period with hire and running charges of machineries required to the site of work with curing upto required period etc. Complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying Fitting and Fixing of G.I. Square section grills of approved drawing and specification including fixing them in position with cost, conveyance, royality, taxes of all materials, labour T & P required for the work etc. Complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing of two track UPVC sliding window of approved make with 6mm thick glass of approved quality complete with frame, shutters and all fittings and fixures and all other taxes of materials, labour, T&P etc. Complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing of openable UPVC Doors with door frame of approved make with 6mm thick glass of approved quality complete with frame, shutters and all fitting and fixures with cost of materials & all taxes labour T&P etc. Complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing of 125mm x 65mm after moulding well blend W.P.C. (Wood plastic composit choukaths) in door opening area in the wall surface of WPC choukaths with 150mm anchor fastner screw cutting the holes filling the cutting holes in cement concrete (1:2:4) etc. including all fittings and cost of materials all taxes labour T&P etc. Complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing of 32mm thick flush door shutter with approved quality of 30mm thick BWR block board pasted with 1mm thick sunmica on both side of approved design and quality including cost of all door fittings and fixtures including cost of materials all taxes labour T&P etc. Complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Earth work in all kinds of soil from approved borrow areas except sand, sandy and slushy soil and transportation of excavated earth by mechanical /manual means with all leads, lifts and delifts including breacking clods maximum 5cm to 7cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.30m in depth over the properly prepared surface including uprooting stumps with cost of hire and running charges of transport vehicle, T&P, royality and all other incidential charges etc. Complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (The earth should be arranged by the bidder at his own cost and royality will be deducted as applicable). Measurement will be taken on finished level section.)
