Material and labour for 18mm to 20mm thick machine cut green marbel stone in single piece in window/ opening (Jambs/ Cills) laid over cement screed and jointed with base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete including 10mm thick plastering with cement mortar 1:3 including necessary adhesive complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 18mm to 20mm thick machine cut green marbel stone as in flooring, in cooking platform in single piece over cement screed and jointed with base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete including 15mm thick screed bed with cement mortar 1:4 including necessary adhesive complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for water Proofing treatment to roof slabs by applying one coat of bituminious/ polymerized primer confirming to IS-3384 @ 0.40 Ltrs/ Sqm, 3 mm thick APP modified polymeric membrane of weight of 3Kg/ sqm with non-woven polyester reinforcement shall be laid over one coat of bitumen S-35 grade (30/40) applied @1.20 Kg/ Sqm (minimum) with minimum 75mm side overlaps and minimum 100mm end overlaps, joints & overlaps shall be sealed and applying one coat of aluminium paint @ 0.11 Kg/ Sqm over APP membrane complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
