Cleaning and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation grass bushes shrub, supplying & trees of girth upto 300mm removal of stumps of cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable materials to be used or auctioned upto a lead of a 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm in thickness etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with PRR 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of H.G stone screening / binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per Technical Specification Clause 404 of MoSRT&H specifications including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes, labour charges, T&P etc. required for the work complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

WBM Gr-III

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Clause 502 of MoSRT&H specifications including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes, labour charges, T&P etc. required for the work complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying tack coat using bitumen @0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surface / bitumenous surface cleaning with hydraulic brooms including cost of all materials, labour , T&P etc. complete as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying semidense bituminouse concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading , premixed with bituminouse binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to site, lysing with a hydrostatic pavor finisher with sensore control to the required grade , level & allignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory & tendem rollers to achieve the desire compaction etc. complete as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of embankment with approved materials obtained from borrow pits with all leads and lifts and transporting to site by mechanical means within a lead of 5 Kms, spreading, grading to required slope & compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300-2 & Clause 305 of MOSRT&H specifications for road & bridge works (4th revision) etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform & free from streaks & holes as per drawing and Technical Specifications of MoRT&H clause 803 and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Earthwork in excavation for foundation of structures in all kinds of soil upto 3 m depth as per drawing and technical specification includding setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, and disposal up to a lead of 50m, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with excavated suitable materials and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Filling in foundation with sand trenches as er drawing and technical specifiction clause 3005.3.9 with cost conveyance, royalities, taxes of the materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying Cement concrete of proportion (1:3:6) in foundation using 40mm nominal size clean black hand broken granite stone metal of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15cm thick to the required level, ramming, watering, curing etc. complete including cost and conveyance of all materials with all taxes and royalities and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of un-reinforced , dowel jointed at expansion and construction only, plain concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M-30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the form work as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion and construction joints, applying sealant, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification as per direction of the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing weepholes in brick masonry / stone masonry, plain / reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100mm dia AC pipe extending through the full width of the structures including cost, conveyance, taxes of materials, labour with T&P articles required for the work as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
