Charges for reparing, welding, the iron structure of MS platform of split AC machine with proper arrangement as per direction of EIC.

Repair and replacement and supply , fixing of MS. structure duly fabricated and welded 50mm x 50mm x 5mm MS Steel equal angel bar frame with red oxide duly welded shape, including Cross bar angle iron support duly painted with red oxide priming and fabricating the same by fastener , rag bolts, nuts & washers arrangement incl. welded . Size of the glow sing board as per direction EIC .

Painting of 40 mm dia, 12 inch. average length GI pipe & the Metal parts of bolard light , covered with barbed wire fencing, and compound light with 1.5mt long arm bracket With One coat of red lead/Zinc chromate priming, then 1st coat of synthetic enamel paint over the primer & 2nd coat of synthetic enamel paint over the 1st coat.

Reparing and cleaning the surface by sand paper/emery paper to remove existing rusts & Painting of the Entire MS Structure Angle support of Glow Sign Board (18' x 6') by One coat of red lead/Zinc chromate priming, then 1st coat of synthetic enamel paint over the primer & 2nd coat of synthetic enamel paint over the 1st coat.

Repair and replacement of damaged part of MS platform and painting of 5’x4’ (3 side Railing) in size MS Platform made by M.S. Channel,angel & flats with (approx 3”) square gapping for the installation of outdoor Unit of split type A.C. Machine.The Platform are made with M.S Channel of size -75x75x8 mm for support of both side 7 middle of the platform also the channel are partly painting and placing inside the wall. The platform constructed by M.S. angel iron frame of by 50x50x6mm in required size incl. 8 nos. support cross wise form wall to frame for proper resting the platform. More over to complete the Platform by proper placing & by M.S. flat of size -19x6 mm with 3” square gapping (approx) over M.S. angel iron frame with & and 3 side grilling arrangement by angel frsme etc. Proper painting the platform by two coats of after proper scraping byb emery paper for smooth finish as per requirement & direction of E.I.C.

Supply of Rubber Checkered Electric mat (IS 5424:1969) having thickness of 6.5mm, Length x Width = 1m x 2m. The rubber mat must have Tensile Strength and Elongation of Min 50 kg/cm2 and min 250% respectively as per direction of EIC.

Applying epoxy based reactive joining agent for joining the old concrete with fresh concrete to be applied within manufacturer's specified time as per manufacturers specification. (0.4 Kg / mz of concrete surface).

Painting of any steel/ iron surface with no. of coats of paints as given below with ready mixed paint/primer of approved make and brand incl. preparation of surface by sand paper/emery paper, cleaning etc. for receiving fresh coat of paint One coat of red lead/Zinc chromate priming

Second coat of red lead/Zinc chromate priming

1st coat of synthetic enamel paint over the primer

2nd coat of synthetic enamel paint over the 1st coat

Making one set of scaffolding only for replacing glass panels, painting, uprooting plant and another repairing works of building and S&P works for external works only with 10 cm. dia bamboo as main posts at the rate of 1 metre centre to centre and 7.5 cm. dia bamboo ties @ 0.75 metre apart fitting and fixing with necessary coir, nails etc. as per direction of the Engineer-incharge. (This item should be executed only after prior approval of the Engineer-incharge). Firstly, one number to be paid and then labour rate for shifting up to further nineteenth (19) times @ 10% each time to be considered. If necessary further after twenty times of total use, another one number new and labour rate for shifting to be considered accordingly. (a) 3.9 meter height
