Dismantling floor, hearth or wall filing including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Vitrified Ceramic tiles (light shade) 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished (doubly charged), area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match premium quality as in floor etc complete all as specified and directed.

Description all as per item No 2.00 here-in-before but on vertical surfaces / skirting complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non - skid ceramic colourd tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square /rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surfaces such as dado/skirting etc of size 450X 300X 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 to receive tiles etc on vertical surfaces of walls complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness Laid bedded and pointed in any mortar in floors, aprons etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L 18-20 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete over and including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description and in any position, including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 10mm thick in CM (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface, finishing surface even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering in two layers (i.e) first layer of 10mm thick in CM 1:6 and second layer of 5mm thick including WPC @3% by weight of cement in CM 1:4, on fair face of brick or on concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note :- WPC will be measured and paid separately under the relevant item.
