All work up to floor V-level in 1:4:8 (1cement: 4 coarse, sand: 8 graded stone aggregate of 40 mm Nominal size (Crushed) all inclusive leads, lifts, loading, un-loading, cost and carriage of material involved complete incl. Dewatering.

P/L, in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering & shuttering. 50mm cement concrete flooring in 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2coarse sand: 4 graded stone agg., 20mm nominal size finished with a floating coat of neat cement slurry all inclusive leads, lifts, loading, un-loading, head load, cost and carriage of materials from approved nearest sources to site of work complete incl. Dewatering.

12mm thick cement plaster in 1:4 mix (1 cement 4 sand) including leads, lifts, loading, Un-loading, cost and carriage of material complete incl. Dewatering.

P/L, in position reinforcement cement concrete M20 of specified grade upto Floor V-Level excluding the cost of centering & shuttering. finishing and reinforcement 1:1.5:3 in Raft Foundation, Slab, Caps, Wheel Gaurds, Beams etc (1cement: 1.5 coarse sand: 3 graded stone aggregate of 20 mm Nominal size Crushed all inclusive leads, lifts, loading, un-loading, cost and carriage of materials from approved nearest sources to site of work complete. incl. Dewatering.

Reinforcement for RCC work including straightening ,cutting ,bending, placing in position and binding all complete (Thermo Mechanically treated bars) Incl. Dewatering complete

Providing/ laying and embedding of R.C.C pipes of . incld. trench excavation in all status of surface to required width/depth and making of necessary cushioning with required material jointing of pipes all inclusive incl. carriage of pipes from Divisional Store upto site of work complete.12" dia RCC pipe

Uprooting of trees of any Girth, vegetation, Grass, bruss and Mulba incl. disposal of the same beyond Muncipal limits before and after execution of work as will be directed at site with all leads,lifts,loading, unloading and carriage etc complete.

Supply, stacking and laying of Naturally occurring gravel close graded maximum aggregate size range 75mm granular sub base course nallah including sorting, spreading to template, watering and consolidation to required gradient and camber with 80-100KN road roller all inclusive leads, lifts, loading, unloading carriage of materials from nearest source to site of work complete. Finished work to be measured..

Supply, stacking and laying of WBM grade 2nd with specified graded stone aggregate 63-45mm size broken quarry-crushed stone including using of screening 13.20mm size @ 0.135 cum/sqm and binding material @0.06cum/10sqm of road surface including sorting, spreading to template, watering and consolidation to required gradient and camber with (80-100) KN road roller all inclusive leads, lifts, loading, unloading carriage of materials from nearest approved source to site of work complete (To be laid as per guide line of MOST specification). Finished work to be measured.

Surface dressing of the ground incl. removing vegetation and in-equalities not exceeding 15cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead upto 50Mt.and lift up to 1.5Mt. in all kinds of soil.Incl. Dewatering.

Clearance of site by way of removing vegetation and rubbish material accumulated mulba slush, garbage etc., by engaging labours including disposal of the same as directed ny the Engineer incharge with its leads, lifts, loading, unloading & carriage etc., complete.
