Material and labour for repair to pot holes of any depth, area not exceeding one sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparing of existing black top surfaces of road by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with air compressor to remove all dust/dirt, applying evenly a priming/tack coat with paving bitumen (grade VG-10) @ 5 Kg per 10 sqm by using mechanical sprayer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour premix bituminous macadam using 20mm size graded crushed stone aggregate mixed with paving bitumen (grade VG-30) @ 4% by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted with 8 to 12 tonne power road roller to required gradient and camber using full width mechanical sensor paver with string sensor (consolidated thickness not exceeding 75 mm) complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for preparation of existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dust/dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/tack coat of paving bitumen (grade VG-10) @ 10 Kg per 10 Sqm by using mechanical sprayer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Bituminious premix semi-dense asphaltic concrete 30mm thick (consolidated thickness), pre-mixed, hot mix, with coarse aggregate of grading 1 as per MORT&H specification in single layer using paving bitumen (grade VG-30) @ 5.5% by weight of the total mix as per design mix including supply and mixing of filler (OPC cement) laid, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber using full width mechanical sensor paver with string sensor and compacted with 8 to12 tonne power vibratory road roller including taking down of existing cat eyes and refixing of cat eyes after laying premix complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of existing surface, removing dust, dirt, grease & other foreign matters etc. to receive the marking and applying hot applied thermoplastic road marking paint(white/yellow) inclusive type I reflectorising glass beads as per table 800-3, 800-4 of MORT&H applied in uniform thickness of at least 2.00mm and spread uniformly with reflectorising glass beads type II @ 250 gms per sqm with a road marking machine as per IRC: 35 ,with traffic diversion arrangements if required, complete as per MORT&H specification clause 803.4, complete all as specified and directed. Note: The road marking machine shall be approved by GE.

Supply and fixing in repair ABS materials two side Acrylic plastic reflectors stud white/red/yellow side provided with steel nail for fixing to road by hammering and adhesive complete all as specified and as directed.

Deduct total amount of Credit schedule Rs. 13500.00
