REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF SECURITY LIGHTS, LIGHTNING CONDUCTOR,GI STRIP, AIR TERMINATION ROD AND OTHER ALLIED WKS AT KHALTSI, LAMAYURU, ACHINATHANG, HANUTHANG, BIAMAH AND BATALIK IN THE AOR OF AGE BR-II KHALTSI UNDER GE KHUMBATHANG

Labour only for checking the serviceability of the different spares / components / parts of security light fittings/post top lantern light fittings (LED, flood light/focus light etc, any wattage/capacity) of any description and fixed in any position, replacement of un-serviceable/damaged/ broken part(s) either in single or in combination, re-assembling the fittings and making the light fittings serviceable, fixing the fittings in position, connecting to electric supply and its testing on installation complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge NOTES (i) Replacement of parts i.e LED driver for Flood light/ LED/Focus light fittings any wattage & capacity, if any required at site, shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Schedule `A'/BOQ. (ii) Necessary T&P i.e. ladder, tools etc required for checking and making the light fittings in serviceable conditions, its fixing in position and testing shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost for checking and fixing of street light fittings/security light fittings of any description on poles / on walls / on pillars etc i.e. in any position at site. (iii) Required screws, insulating tapes, internal wiring wire and other minor items excluding the required spares parts for repairing and making the street light fittings/security light fittings in serviceable condition, will be arranged & supplied by the contractor and cost of which is deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contractor in above respective item. (iv) Contractor shall be paid only one time the labour charges quoted above in Schedule `A' items for a particular fitting repaired irrespective of the number of times labour and resources arranged by him to check the serviceability of the fittings and replacement of unserviceable / defective parts in order to maintain the fittings in serviceable/working condition.

Disconnecting and taking out existing unserviceable light fitting of any description and in any position on poles and S&F 20 W LED Post top lantern complete accessories to be fixed on pole/wall including connecting the fitting to control switch at the bottom of the pole with using 2.5 Sqmm two single core PVC insulated and unsheathed copper conductor copper conductor cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Disconnecting and taking out existing Flood light fitting of any description and in any position on High mast 16.0/12.0 mtr hight poles and Supply, fixing & testing 200/210 W LED flood light with pressure die-cast aluminium housing, complete with all accessories duly prewired and suitable fixing arragement for mounting on existing MS frame bracket including connecting the fitting complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :- GI pipe bracket and clamps if required shall be measured and paid separately.

Disconnecting and taking out existing Street light fitting of any description and in any position on Street light poles and Supply, fixing & testing 45W LED street light fitting IP66 Powder coated pressure die cast aluminium High power LED street light with heat resistant toughened glass with lens embdded PC cover complete with all accessories duly prewired and suitable fixing arragement for mounting on existing MS frame bracket including connecting the fitting complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :- GI pipe bracket and clamps if required shall be measured and paid separately.

Disconnecting and taking out existing Street light fitting of any description and in any position on Street light poles and Supply, fixing & testing 60W LED street light fitting IP66 Powder coated pressure die cast aluminium High power LED street light with heat resistant toughened glass with lens, complete with all accessories duly prewired and suitable fixing arragement for mounting on existing MS frame bracket including connecting the fitting complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :- GI pipe bracket and clamps if required shall be measured and paid separately.

Disconnecting and taking out existing Street light fitting of any description and in any position on Street light poles and Supply, fixing & testing 90W LED street light IP66 Powder coated pressure die cast aluminium High power LED street light with heat resistant toughened glass with lens, complete with all accessories duly prewired and suitable fixing arragement for mounting on existing MS frame bracket including connecting the fitting complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :- GI pipe bracket and clamps if required shall be measured and paid separately.

Taking down existing unserviceable bracket complete and supply and fixing of 32 mm dia GI light grade pipe 2.0 m long with bracket bent to shape by cutting & welding as required & directed and fixed to pole with two No,s of FI clamps 40x5 mm to be tightened with bolts, nut and washers and including painted with two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply & Fixing repairs cable junction box made of thermoplastic, halogen free, weather proof with metric Knock outs for cable entry including four/five pole terminals and cable entry glands for incomming, out going and connection cable with protection grade IP-66/67 of size 205x255x112 mm and suitable for LT under ground cable any size/capacity including bracing clamp,bolts,nuts & washers complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply only LED Driver suitable for street/flood light 45 to 60 Watt working on 230 volts AC supply, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply only LED Driver suitable for street/flood light 70 to 90 Watt working on 230 volts AC supply, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. .

Supply only LED Driver suitable for street/flood light 150 to 200 Watt working on 230 volts AC supply,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for foundation, shafts, man holes,for under ground cable / erection of poles, stays etc not exceeding 10 Square metre on plan and getting out in hard/dense soil including dressing/trimming of sides and leveling, grading and ramming of bottom of excavation complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per item No. 12 above but excavation depth exceeding 1.5 metre and not exceeding 3.0 metre complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Returning filling, including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cms thick of soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing the surplus excavated material/soil to a distance not exc 50 mtrs and depositing, where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtrs above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for Sand cushioning to cable with a layer of sand 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cms deep after laying the cable (punned down to 18 cms depth after laying and stretching of cable ) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- Punned thickness 18cm shall be measured for payment purposes.

M & L for providing PCC cable cover class LV type-I of size 250x150x40mm laid in perpendicular to the cable abutting each other at site complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and laying GI pipe “light Grade” in trenches/under floors or roads or along the pole for protection of cables of 40 mm bore complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing of steel tubular swaged pole complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolt, nut and screws as specified 410 SP-55 (9 mter long) including taking down old damaged pole of any type and size, including one coat of red-oxide zinc chrome primer and two coats aluminium paint on surfaces, exposed to view and making 30cm wide strips (Total 5 Nos) with yellow and black paint alternately on external surface, above PCC benching including with writing of pole No with letters/figures of size not exc 30 mm with black paint on a yellow circle of dia 75 mm after painting complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L Plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete for stays foundation and platform for transformer installation complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L Plain cement concrete 1:2:4, Type B-1 by using 20 mm graded granite stone aggregate in coping including necessary form work and finishing exposed surfaces fair & even complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L Plain cement concrete 1:4:8, Type D-2 by using 40 mm graded granite stone aggregate for base (bottom of pit for Bed Concrete) including necessary form work and finishing exposed surfaces fair & even complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and laying or fixing or passing through pipe or laid in trenches, 1100 Volt grade heavy duty cable XLPE insulated, armoured electric cable with aluminium conductor ,cross-sectional area 16 sq.mm 4 core including taking out old unserviceable cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and laying or fixing or passing through pipe or laid in trenches, 1100 Volt grade heavy duty cable XLPE insulated, armoured electric cable with aluminium conductor ,cross-sectional area 10 sq.mm 2 core including taking out old unserviceable cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing of air termination vertical type, Single pointed made with 12mm dia 300mm long aluminium rod including necessary fixing arrangements with aluminium bolts, nuts, lead wasters etc. complete and incl provisin of GI tubing light grade 40mm dia, 300mm long embedded in PCC block (size 30cm x 30cm x 30cm) one end and other end fitted with air termination rod complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing of Horizontal /down conductors, aluminium strip of size 25 x 3.15mm and including epoxy insulator bus bar type 40mm thick at an interwal of 60 cm apart for lightening protection on roof and for down conductors, including all fixing arrangement sand aluminiun nut , bolt & washers complete all as per IS-2309-1989 and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :- (i) Aluminium strip shall be jointed with rivets (minimum 4 Nos) .

Test point terminal block madeout and gun metal or phosphorus bronze of size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos 8 mm dia 25mm long hex head screw for fixing the same on wall at site complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing of Galvanised from strip of size 32 x 6mm from earth pit to test point provided all around the bldg for lightening protection laid in trenches/fixed to walls on epoxy insulators with screws etc and connecting up complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth lead strip 32mmx6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I connected to main switch board or main control board all as specified and testing on completion including provision of earth strip protected by galvanized iron 40 mm dia light grade pipe and watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore light grade including all excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC pit with pre-cast RCC cover, charcoal/salt, funnel etc including taking out old un-serviceable earthing, complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: (i) The concrete pit shall be PCC 1:3:6 type C-1, 40mm thick pre-cast cover slab of RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate, reinforced with 8mm TMT bars @ 10 cm c/c on both sides with suitable cast iron handle shall be provided in lieu of cast iron cover shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES SSR Part-I., (ii) Item includes the cost of GI pipe up to 7.5m GI for protection of earth strip & (iii) PCC pit shall be provided at least 500 mm away from the pit and not on the earth pit itself and the extra cost of additional length of watering pipe, bends, elbow etc shall be deemed included in the unit rate.

Deduct Credit for Demolished/Dismantled material Rs (-) 48,335.00 (Minus) as listed in Schedule 'A' Sec-II (Credit Schedule) Note : Tenderers will not quote against this item being a tentative amount, to be considered to arrive at the 'Contract Sum'.
