S&F in repairs LED street light fitting 1 x 120 watt, with System efficacy not less than 140 lumen/watt, IP-66 (minimum), IK 10, CCT-5700K, CRI>70, PF>0.95, THD<10%, SDCM < 5, Surge Protection of 4KV, input voltage 140-270V, integrated type, with high efficiency electronic driver, pressure die cast aluminium housing, proper optics to provide a high quality glare free lighting system compliance to IEC60598 having lifetime of 75000 burning hours @L70B50, suitable for continuous operation of at least 12 Hrs per day, capable of withstanding voltage stress of 440V for 8 Hrs, with feature of auto shutdown @ 325V and auto recovery, with 10KV series SPD with and including suitable reducer to maintain arm tilt angle of 5 degrees for continuous and uniform lighting and electrically connecting complete all as specified and as directed. Taking down existing XLPE Cable of any size in underground / alongwith pole or in any positon, removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Excavation and earthwork (if required) shall be measured and paid seperately.

Supply & laying LT XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with alumimium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 50 Sqmm x 3.5 Core, laid in trenches / duct / on pole complete all as specified and directed. Make :- Havells / KEI / Polycab / Gloster / Asian Cables / Finolex

All as per Sl Item No. 3.00 above but 300 sqmm x 3.5 core

Excavation in trenches, not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out all excavated material in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavated surplus soil to a distance n. exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in and including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L sand cushioning with clean and dry sand in trenches for protection of UG cable and including punning down complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Punned thickness shall only be measured and paid.

Supply & laying sub class 'B', class designation 75 bricks of old size, laid along alignment of cable as protection to cable in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Boring holes horizontally under road, manually, in soft / loose soil, without cutting / disturbing the existing road surface, suitable for inserting pipe of n exc. 100 mm bore at a depth 0.75 m to 1.0 m from road surface for passing of UG cable, getting out and disposal of soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- GI Pipe shall be measured and paid separately.

S&F bracket suitable for street light made out of GI pipe light grade of 50 mm bore & 1.5 mtr length (minimum), bend to shape including 2 pairs of MS flat iron clamps made out of 40 x 5 mm MS flat, nuts, bolts & washers etc, & painting the bracket with two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Foundation of pole shall be consturcted as per manufacturer's instruciton & design detail / drawing of the same shall be submitted to Engr-in-Charge for his approval before construction. (ii) Unit rate quoted against this item shall deemed to include cost of necessary earth work, concrete & steel work for foundation.
