PART - A Shifting of barge to a suitable working site or place from the R.L.I. site and blocking of the barge by area clearance, earth cutting, winching, jacking, planking, block fixing and un-jacking and placing of the R.L.I. site including tools and plants for blocking. Pump Barge/Big Hatch Barge (35'-0" × 13'-0" × 5'-6")

Removing the pump set installed on the barge from the foundation including disconnection, removal of suction and delivery assemblies from the barge to a secured place and re-fitting of the same properly after the maintenance of the barge.

Opening straightening and refitting of plates, angles, purlines, trusses, bollard, expanded metal / B.R.C. net, winch etc. as required and as per direction of E-I-C for Small Hatch Barge (22'-0" × 10'-0" × 4'-6")

Patch/Doubling works complete with 5 mm M.S. plate including welding, gas cutting, fitting, fixing complete.Cost of 5 mm M.S. plate including wastage due to cutting, including labour charges for straightening fitting, fixing in position. (Weight of 5 mm plate 39.215 kg/m2 )

Gas cutting to required size of 5 mm thick M.S. plate, M.S. channel etc. including labour charges, hire charges for all tools and plants.

Electric welding charges of 5 mm M.S. plate M.S. channels etc. and other member of the barge including hiring charges of all tools and plants.

Supply, fitting, fixing complete with fastner for supplying, fitting & fixing Zn-Al alloy (55% Al & 45% Zn) coating of 150 grams per sq. metre (followed by colour coated on both side) steel sheet work having minimum yield strength of 550 Mpa of trapizoidal profile of approved make (excluding the supporting frame work) fitted and fixed with 55 mm & 25 mm self tapping screw, EPDM Washer 16 mm dia & 3 mm th. washer etc. complete with 150 mm end lap and one corrugation minimum side lap. (Payment to be made on area of finished work) in Roof with 0.5 mm thick sheet

Aluminium sheet ridging fitted with self tapping screws, EPDM washers etc complete (Minimum 225mm end lapping) for 300 mm lapping each way with 0.91 mm sheet.

Supplying, fitting, fixing of I.R.C net (75mm x 25mm x 10swg) with nuts and bolts of the barge including gas cutting etc.

Supplying 1.5 mm (16 SWG) M.S. sheet fitted and fixed on one or both faces of M.S./W.I. gate etc. with point welding not more than 150 mm apart complete in all respect as per design including cost of all labour and materials.

Supplying, fitting & fixing of M.S. angle (Size : 45 mm × 45 mm × 6 mm) including gas cutting etc.

Supplying, fitting & fixing of M.S. flat bar 40mm × 6 mm for straightening the B.R.C. net including gas cutting etc.

Supplying, fitting & fixing bolts with nuts & washers 10 to16mm dia. and length upto 75 mm dia.

Supplying, fitting and fixing of M.S. channel (Size 75 mm × 40 mm × 6 mm) for base of manhole cover including gas cutting.

Drilling charges 12 mm dia hole for manhole cover plate and M.S. Channel base.

Supplying, fitting and fixing of (1/16)" thickness rubber insertion sheet with 12 nos. drilling hole for watertight arrangement of manhole cover.

Supplying, fitting & fixing complete of 1"dia.M.S.rod plate welding of M.S. plate of the barge

Chipping, scraping, wire brushing and cleaning of the painted surface for keel, hull, frame, superstructure deck, fender both inside and outside as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge for Big hatch ,

PAINTINGS: Priming one coat of steel metal surface with synthetic enamel/oil bound primer of approved quality, including smoothening surfaces by sand paper etc. for removal of old painting.

Painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint (super Gloss-High Gloss) of approved make and brand including smoothening surface by sand papering etc. including using of approved putty etc. on the surface, if necessary - 2 coats (with any shade except white) as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting block letters or digits in Black Japan or any approved paint as per direction.Size above 15 cm. and upto 20 cm.

Transportation charges for carrying of all the materials, working devices etc. upto the scheme and back.

PART - B Supplying and fixing 15/16 A (Havells Make, 240V DP with fuse on L&N) Sheet steel Main Switches on flat iron frame on wall.

Supplying & Fixing bulk head light fitting (Havells make) with die cast aluminium housing & frosted glass on wall/ceiling incl. S&F 8watt CFL lamp complete set.

Wiring from 15/16A DPIC main switch to Busbar box in 1.1 KV grade single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wire (Brand approved by EIC) of following sizes in 25mm PVC casing- capping (Precision make) incl. necy. PVC clips, fittings etc. (c) 2 x 36/0.3 (2.5 sqmm) + 1 x 22/0.3 (1.5 sqmm)

Distribution wiring in 1.1 KV grade 2x22/0.3 (1.5 sqmm) single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wire (Brand approved by EIC) in suitable size PVC casing-capping (Precision make) with 1x22/0.3 (1.5 sqmm) single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wire for ECC, incl. necy. PVC clips, fittings etc. to light/fan/call bell point with piano key type switch (Anchor make) fixed on sheet steel fabricated switch board with Perspex/bakelite top cover on wall incl. necy. connections and making earthing attachment and mending good damages to building works. [PVC casing-capping and Switch board both on surface] (b) Average run 6 mtr.

Distribution Wiring in 1.1 KV grade 2x22/0.3 (1.5 sqmm) single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wire (Brand approved by EIC) in suitable size PVC casing-capping (Precision make) with 1x22/0.3 (1.5 sqmm) single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wire for ECC, incl. necy. PVC clips, fittings etc. to 5A 3 pin flush type plug socket with piano key type switch (Anchor make) fixed on sheet steel fabricated CRC MS switch board with bakelite / perspex (wall matching color) top cover of 3 mm thick flushed in wall by housing the board after cutting brick wall incl. necy. connection making earthing attachment, painting and mending good damages to building works [PVC casing-capping and plug box both on surface] (b) Average run 1.5 mtr

Fixing only TPN switch fuse units in Sheet Steel enclosure with HRC fuses on angle iron frame on wall for 32A to 400A. [Main switch will be supplied departmentally]

Fixing only 63 Amps 415V TP/TPN Sheet Steel Main Switch (Rewireable type)/ Change over on Flat Iron Frame/Angle Iron Frame on wall On angle iron frame. [Main switch will be supplied departmentally]

Fitting & fixing of 20 HP 3Ø Electromagnetic Star-Delta motor controllers with 4 pole heavy duty power contractor, single phasing preventer and normal protective features, MCB, Indicators, push buttons, Ammeter & Voltmeter, all in IP54 enclosure of min 16swg. CR sheet steel, 10 tank process powder coat painted and as per technical specification.

Supplying, fitting & fixing 350 mm x 250 mm x 25 mm size Wooden Plank on wall (for fitting & fixing of electrical equipments (as necessary on the plank).

Supplying and drawing with 1.1 KV, PVC flexible 'FR' cables Cu conductor conforming to IS:694 in suitable size with fitting & fixing on wall/Kiosk Box including making necessary connection to the prefixed devices with all necessary accessories like saddle,screw,clips, gland,socket etc. conforming to IEE Regulation and as per direction of EIC. Dismantling all types of plain cement concrete works, stacking serviceable materials at site and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 m. In ground floor including roof upto 150 mm. thick

Taking out carefully G.C.I. or C.I. or asbestos sheets (including ridges etc.) from roof or wall after unscrewing bolts, nuts, screws etc. and stacking the material at site as directed.

Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches or drains, in all sorts of soil (including mixed soil but excluding laterite or sandstone) including removing, spreading or stacking the spoils within a lead of 75 m. as directed. The item includes necessary trimming the sides of trenches, levelling, dressing and ramming the bottom, bailing out water as required complete for depth of excavation not exceeding 1,500 mm.

Depth of excavation for additional depth beyond 1,500 mm. and upto 3,000mm. but not requiring shoring

Earth work in filling in foundation trenches or plinth with good earth, in layers not exceeding 150 mm. including watering and ramming etc. layer by layer complete. (Payment to be made on the basis of measurement of finished quantity of work) with earth obtained from excavation of foundation.

Filling in foundation or plinth by silver sand in layers not exceeding 150 mm as directed and consolidating the same by thorough saturation with water, ramming complete including the cost of supply of sand. (payment to be made on measurement of finished quantity)

Cement concrete with graded jhama khoa (30 mm size) excluding shuttering In ground floor and foundation for 1:3:6 proportion.

Single Brick Flat Soling of picked jhama bricks including ramming and dressing bed to proper level and filling joints with local sand.

Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:2:4) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement, if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes for Pakur Variety

Brick work with 1st class bricks in cement mortar (1:4) in foundation and plinth

In superstructure, ground floor

125 mm. thick brick work with 1st class bricks in cement mortar (1:4) in ground floor.

Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:1.5:3) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes for Pakur Variety.

Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centering and necessary staging upto 4 m using approved stout props andthick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams and columns, lintels curved or straight including fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of works (upto roof of ground floor) for 25 mm to 30 mm thick wooden shuttering as per decision & direction of Engineer-In- Charge

For 25 mm to 30 mm shuttering without staging in foundation

Reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all sorts of structures including distribution bars, stirrups, binders etc initial straightening and removal of loose rust (if necessary), cutting to requisite length, hooking and bending to correct shape, placing in proper position and binding with 16 gauge black annealed wire at every intersection, complete as per drawing and direction. (a) For works in foundation, basement and upto roof of ground floor/upto 4m for Tor steel/Mild Steel. Other than SAIL/TATA/RINL

25mm. thick damp proof course with cement concrete with stone chips (1:1.5:3) [with graded stone aggregate 10 mm nominal size]and ad mixture of water proofing compound as per manufacturer's specification followed by two coat of polymer based paint, (1st coat after 4 to 5 days of concrete laying and 2nd coat just before brick masonry work) as directed (cost of water proofing compound & polymer based paint to be paid separately).( Chequering not required over concrete or painted surface). [Note: - Waterproofing as per item 9, polymer based paint as per item 8 (a) of subhead C of Section (C).

Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course , scaffolding/ staging where necessary (Ground floor).[Excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface] with 1:4 cement mortar for 20 mm thick plaster

Neat cement punning about 1.5mm thick in wall, dado, window sill, floor etc. NOTE : Cement 0.152 cu.m. per 100sq.m.

Artificial stone in floor, dado, staircase etc with cement concrete (1:2:4) with stone chips, laid in panels as directed with topping made with ordinary or white cement (as necessary) and marble dust in proportion (1:2) including smooth finishing and rounding off corners including raking out joints or roughening of concrete surface and application of cement slurry before flooring works using cement @ 1.75 kg/sq.m all complete including all materials and labour. In ground floor. 3 mm. thick topping (High polishing grinding on this item is not permitted with ordinary cement). Using grey cement for 25 mm. thick

Supplying, fitting & fixing UPVC pipes A- Type and fittings conforming to IS:13592- 1992 with all necessary clamps nails, including making holes in walls, floor etc. cutting trenches in any soil through masonry concrete structures etc if necessary and mending good damages including joining with jointing materails (Spun Yarn, Valamoid/Bitumen/M-Seal etc) complete for 75 mm. Dia.

Supplying fitting approved type ventilator in position after cutting holes in walls setting in cement mortar mending damages to wall and plaster and two coats of paint of approved brand of any shade. Payment of mending good damages of wall & plaster and painting to be made separately. R.C.C ventilator of 20 mm. thick upto 0.10 sq.m. area.

M.S. gate of Jail type as per approved design made of strong M.S. frame work, intermediate stiffeners and round / square bars or angles. M.S. sheet (not less than 14 gauge) gussets, cleats etc. including necessary riveting, bolting, welding, locking and hanging arrangements, fitting and fixing complete as per direction of the Engineer-in -charge. In ground floor.

M.S. or W.I. Ornamental grill of approved design joints continuously welded with M.S, W.I. Flats and bars of windows, railing etc. fitted and fixed with necessary screws and lugs in ground floor. Grill weighing above 16 Kg./sq.mtr and above.

Supplying, fitting and fixing WALL HUNG TYPE water closet (European type) size - 500x360x350 mm of white glazed vitreous chinaware of approved make and brand in position complete with necessary nut and bolts (MODEL CARAT of CERA or equivalent.)

Supplying, fitting and fixing including transportation of sign board for identifying the exact location of MAJOR RLI scheme (one at road side and other at site) the board will be made 3 mm thick MS plate of size 300 mm x 600 mm and fitted and fixed on 50 mm GI Pipe of IS 1239/90 (part-1) including cutting, welding and writing of both sides of Sign board. Base- Yellow, and words- Red. Both bottom end of the stands pipe will be grouted in 1:2:4 CC on a single brick flat soling. This will include one materials and labour complete as per drawing and direction of E.I.C.

Additional cost of carriage of constructional materials for construction of Pump House @ 4% of total cost, except for earth work in excavation & filling.(except item no.1,2 & 3)
