8.0 OPNING OF TENDER :

mentioned in Para 3(B)(iii) above Intending bidders or their representative who wish to participate in online

tender opening can log on to tender.nprocure.com on the due date & time, mark their presence or participate

9.0 GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS :-

a) The cost of tender document will not be refunded under any circumstances.
