REPAIR TO DRAIN , FOOTHPATH, FENCING, HARDSTANDING IN NAVAL PARK, BSO AND GE OFFICE PREMISES UNDER AGE B/R-I OF GE (NB) VISAKHAPATNAM

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Mild Steel Hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 ® complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for framed work such as grills,gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; for portions framed and hung as gates, including pintle hinges, stops,hand-made sliding bolts, etc and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing rubbish to outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 100 mm thick, plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub-base of flooring, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick, plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in Flooring, Hard standing, Path etc finished the surfaces even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out of damaged interlocking paver block from its existing position and stacking at site complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Sand filling under floors or in foundations including spreading, levelling, watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.
