Taking down tarfelt with cement plaster from roof surfaces and lowering and removing the same to a distance exc. 50m and n.exc. 100m including roughening of old concrete surface of roof by wire brushing and cleaning the surface to remove all loose dust etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 10mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with WPC in order to maintain proper slope over existing roof surfaces for laying APP base polymeric membrane, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing, cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded aggregate in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges, padding to roof etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for waterproofing Coating with polyurethane based water proofing liquid membrane of approved make to be applied by brush with multi coats with minimum dry film thickness of 1mm and shall be cured by reaction with atmospheric moisture to give a tough elastomeric waterproof membrane complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The above treatment shall be carried out by authorized applicator of approved firm/company.

M & for water proofing treatment to sunken floor with the following course of treatment/ specification:- (a) Cleaning top surface of floors /slabs and laying 50 mm thick (avg) PCC of grade M10 (Nominal mix) mixed with WPC as per manufactrrer's instruction laid in slope 1:20 towards spouts including coveting corners (b) 15 mm thick plastering in CM (1:4) on sides mixed with WPC as pe rmanufacturer's instruction. (c) Applying 1st layer of slurry @ 0.488 kg / sqm mixed with acrylic based polymer modified cementious compound @ 0.253 kg /sqm This layer shall be allowed to air cured for 4 hrs . (d) Applying 2nd layer of slurry @ 0.242 kg/sqm mixed with acrylic based polymer modified cementenous compound @ 0.126 kg/sqm. This layer shall be allowed to air cured for 4hrs followed with water curing for 48 hrs.(e) Applying a coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 penetration @ 1.50 kg/sqm on plastered and concrete surfaces. (f) Providing 150 micron thick polyutethene paint in two coats (each of 75 micron measured dry on dry surface over a coat of PU primer including preparation . (Make of PU primer - Dek guard EP -302 of M/S Fosroc or techno commercially equivalent makes as listed in List of Makes as approved by the GE. Make of PU paint - Dek guard PU or techno commercially equivalent makes as listed in List of Makes as approved by the GE. (vii) 2 Nos 32mm bore GI medium grade 450mm long spout ,to be provided through external wall to drainout accumulated water.(vii) Sunken floor shall be tested for water tighness by filling water for 72 hrs before and after treatment work is carried out and ensure that no leakage /seepage exists (ix) Sunken portion shall be filled with lean concrete of grade M 7.5 stone aggregate

Demolition of brickwork built in cement mortar including all quions, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks old size straight or curved on plain exc mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item Ser No. 07 here in before but except bricks complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The serviceable bricks obtained from demolition shall be reused.

Taking down cement plaster on wall of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick plaster of cement mortar (1:4) rendering on fair faces of brick work mixed with water proofing compound in top layer @200 ml per bag of cement or as per manufacturer's instructions finishing the surface fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick cement plaster on ceiling cement mortar (1:3) finishing the surface fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface finished fair and even (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of colour/white wash to match the colour of existing adjecent surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly ceiling plastered surfaces and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L three coats of white wash on new wall surface of building including preparation of newly surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing of old surfaces of walls and applying two coats of colour wash complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old ceiling plastered surfaces for applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old internal wall surfaces and applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises including taking down cement plaster complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for non skid coloured joint free ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but n. exc. 0.18 Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry over 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:6) as in floor and pointed in white or coloured cement to match as in floor complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 18-20 mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, Jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms, corner shelf, Flat shelf and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite and including 15 mm thick cement plaster (1:4) including rounding the exposed surfaces of granite complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles/digital elevation tiles in vertical surface 300x600x7mm/450x350x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed white or colour cement to match complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces to receive a wall tiles using cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections including cleaning for refixing or removal to store of 15 mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of Tubes, medium grade, 15mm bore, galvanized, with all fittings and fixed complete to wall and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

Refixing of old steel tubing and connections in new or old position (wall, ceiling, floors, etc) of 15 mm bore complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The serviceable GI tubing obtained from taking down shall be reused.

Cutting chases, pinning in, making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels etc. and cutting chases for concealed water tubing etc. and making good, cutting not exceeding 10 cm girth in brick walls complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store of 20 mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of Tubes, medium grade, 20 mm bore, galvanized, with all fittings and fixed complete to wall and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of 3 mm thick sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square n.exc 0.5 sqm in each pane complete all as specified and as directed.
