Electrification Work

Dismantling all old damaged and unwanted metal box (electrical) and DBs at 2nd and 3rd floor Electrical rooms on the wall by mechanical and manual means, also dismantle all the feeding connection cables (both incoming and outgoing cable), making good the damages, color washing etc, as required and return the panel to the yard.

Dismantling all old damaged and unwanted KSEB Metering Box at Ground floor Electrical rooms on the wall by mechanical and manual means, making good the damages, color washing etc, as required and return the panel to the yard.

Dismantling old SB2 panel board at 2nd floor electrical room on the floor by mechanical and manual means, also dismantle all the feeding connection cables (both incoming and outgoing cable), making good the damages, color washing etc, as required and return the panel to the yard.

Design, Fabrication, Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of new SB2 panel board with sheet steel clad, totally enclosed, dust tight and vermin proof, wall mounded indoor cubicle type, fabricated out of 16 SWG MS sheet and high conductivity aluminium bus bars for adequate size of operation on 3 phase, 4wire, 415V, 50Hz, AC supply system, with PVC sleaved and air insulated, the switch fuse units, breakers, all meters and relays etc. should be reputed make and conforming IS specification and are assembled, interconnected, earthed and the switch board should be painted with anti rust primer coating followed by two coats of paint of approved shade by Kerala Electrical Inpectorate and relevant standards. Incomer: 200A TPN SFU with suitable HRC fuse - 1No. Outgoings :125A TPN SFU with suitable HRC fuse-2Nos, 63A TPN SFU with suitable HRC fuse-5Nos. Bus bar:- Adequate size for operation of 200A TPN. Metering and indications:-VAF meter, 200/5 CT coil - 3nos, indicating lamps, control fuses etc complete as per KEI standards.

Supply, conveyance, laying and clamping of PVC sheathed armoured aluminium cable, 1.1kV grade of 3.5X 120 sq.mm Al cable extend from MSB to SB2 panel board using clamps noted along with the cables, spacing of clamps not exceeding 60 cms, making good the damages, colour washing etc, as required.

Supply and Providing 3.5 core 120 sq.mm straigth joint kit.

Reconnecting of all the feeding connection cables (outgoing cable) to SB2 panel board and making good the damages, color washing etc, as required.

Dismantling old SSB2 panel board at 2nd floor electrical room on the floor by mechanical and manual means, also dismantle all the feeding connection cables (both incoming and outgoing cable), making good the damages, color washing etc, as required and return the panel to the yard.

Supply, conveyance, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of sheet steel, phosphatised and painted, dust and vermin proof enclosure of TPN/SPN MCB Distribution Boards complete with comb bus bar, neutral lin, earth bus and DIN rail suitable for fixing MCB/Isolator etc, also accessories suitable for 50Hz, AC Suppling conforming to IS 8828-1995/IEC 60898 of the following current ratings in the existing enclosure and giving connections as required making good the damages, color washing etc, as required. 63 A, 6 WAY TPN VDB. Incomers: 63A 4P Isolator - 1No. 63A 4P ELCB - 1No. Outgoings : 50 3P MCB-1No, 40 3P MCB-2Nos, 32 3P MCB-2Nos, 25 3P MCB-1No. Bus bar:- Adequate size for operation of 100A TPN. complete as per KEI standards.

Reconnecting of all the feeding connection cables (incoming cable and outgoing cables) to VDB and making good the damages, color washing etc, as required.

Supplying and making end termination with compression gland and aluminium lugs for following sizes of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1kV grade as required.

Supply following size of GI/Copper flats/wires for earthing of Panel board, DB etc. and interconnection of earth pits as per technical specification. Earth strip/wires to be taken through GI pipes/cable trays/Hume pipes/built in trunches/soil etc. wherever necessary. Rate inclusive of connected civil works, necessary tinning, providing sockets and end termination of GI/copper strips/wires with all accessories required for the complete work.

Note :1 All materials, Items, Equipment shall be best branded items with IS and approved by client/KEL

2:Rate should be inclusive of Insurance,Transportation, delivery and installation cost for all items

4.Work should be executed as per DSR/PWD specification and direction of Engineer at site.

5.ELECTRICAL: Note: Rate should be inclusive of preparation of schematic diagram and getting approval from KSEB/Electrical Inspectorate. Statutory fees paid to KSEB/EI shall be paid by us separately.
