Supply, installation testing and commissioning of 28HP (Top Discharge & Cooling Only) of modular type variable refrigerant flow/variable refrigerant volume cooled outdoor units suitable for cooling only, having all hermetically sealed inverter type scroll compressor(s), minimum two compressors for above 14 HP modules, microprocessor based controller, top discharge type condensing unit(s), with R 410A refrigerant, vibration isolators, with suitable foundation etc. complete as required. The unit shall deliver the rated capacity at AHRI conditions and work even at 43°C ambient temperature without tripping. The unit shall be suitable to work on 400V +/- 10%, 3 Phase, 50Hz AC power supply. The unit shall be filled with first charge of the refrigerant and ready for use as required. The COP at AHRI conditions shall not be less than 3.1 and IEER not less than 6.5 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of factory fabricated double skinned floor mounted VRV DX AHU of capacity 7,500 CFM, 65 mm SP WG., 6 Row CC, 500 dia fan, 5.6 Kw fan motor or as required, customized double skinned VRF DX air-handling unit floor mounted type fabricated out of extruded aluminium section with 0.8mm pre-plasticized / pre-coated galvanised steel sheet outside & 0.8mm plain galvanised steel sheet inside with blower, blower section and blower motor TEFC type efficiency class IE2 suitable for operation on 415 volts ± 10%, 50 Hz ± 5% AC supply, 6 Row cooling coil made of aluminium finned copper tube with coil section, copper header, pre-filter section with non woven synthetic media MERV 8 filters in extruded aluminium frame, polished stainless steel drain pan made out of 22G sheet duly insulated complete with motor, belt drive etc. without face and bypass dampers. The AHU panels shall be insulated with 48mm thick & 36 Kg/m³ density PU foam & shall have thermal break profile complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: The motor and blower assembly shall be mounted on aluminium extruded section only. The complete AHU shall conform to specification & face velocity across cooling coil shall be limited to 152 MPM max. AHU DX coils shall be in tune with the requirement of VRV outdoor unit capacity and 1/2/3/4 equal divisions with respective HP ODU shall be made in cross sectional area of the coil respectively or as per manufacturer standard.

Supply installation testing and commissioning of electronic type expansion Kit, communication PCB with Sensors, corded self diagnostic type digital thermostat, Y-joints etc. as required including all taxes & duties, freight, insurance etc. for VRF DX AHU of capacity 7500 CFM with 28 HP VRV ODU complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
