Providing Power Contactor, four-pole, 32 Amp rating in existing Distribution Boards - The price shall cover for providing three-phase, four- pole, Power Contactor of 32 Amp rating, operating voltage up to 440 Volt (AC), Coil Voltage - 415 Volt (AC), DIN mounting. The Power Contactor shall be mounted in the existing Distribution Boards. The Power Contactor shall be of L&T/BCH/C&S/CGL/Schneider /Siemens make.

Supply and laying three-core, multi-stranded, flexible copper cable, 2.5 sq. mm - The price shall cover for supply, fixing, testing and 27 commissioning of PVC insulated, multi-stranded, three-core, copper conductor cable, 2.5 sq. mm, 1100 Volt grade, ISI marked, conforming to IS: 694 or latest of Johnson /Neo-cab/Nicco/Finolex/R.R. Kabel/Asian/Ecotek/L&T/Havells/Polycab/Avocab make. The copper cable shall be laid in properly fixed PVC conduit of suitable size.

Laying of cable on wall/cover shed/existing tray with MS clamp - The price shall cover for laying, testing and commissioning of LTUG 28 armoured cable on wall/cover shed/in existing tray and its connection at both ends. The cable shall be tested with 500 Volt Megger before laying it in the tray. The cable cores shall be tested for continuity, absence of cross phasing, Insulation Resistance between conductors to earth/armour and between conductors. The results should be recorded in presence of railways' representative. A composite cable layout plan on ferro-print or computerized print duly laminated in A-4 size should be submitted by the contractor to site engineer and Divisional Office after laying of cable.
