CLEANING OF RUNWAY SUMP CUM PUMP, REPAIR TO PUMP MOTOR AND ASSOCIATED E/M SERVICES UNDER GE (AF) BARRACKPORE

Phase I .

Material and labour for repairing / servicing of dewatering pump-set 100 HP (Auto prime pump-set) by qualified trained Service Engineer of OEM (KIRLOSKAR BROTHERS LIMITED) and technicians to visit at site with and following items are including in this job and this job will be completed before commencing AMC with OEM under phase-II including testing after repair: - (a) Dismantling of pipe line. (b) Pipe line cleaning. (c) Complete pump dismantling. (d) Pump-coalescer unit overhauling. (e) Priming tank overhauling. (f) Vacuum pump overhauling. (g) Skilled manpower as per site requirement. (h) Lifting and shifting of pump and motor. (i) Lifting and shifting of pipeline. (j) All tools & tackles. (k) Welding,cutting,lathe job. (l) Lube oil,grease,anabond 666,WD 40,Markin Cloth . (m) Paper gasket roll. (n) Loc tite 270 ( Nuts,bolts & washers). (o) Additinal O Rings. (p) Commissioning and testing complete under supervision of OEM. Note:- Spare parts shall be measured and paid seperataly under item No 3.00 to 6.00 as supply only. .

Materials and labour for desludging including cleaning of floating materials & water Hyacinth in Sump-pump Reservoir capacity 10.00 Lakh Gallon, size of reservoir is diameter 28 meter, depth 6.75 meter, open type, and the sewage water/storm water/dirtywater/sluddgy water stored in this reservoir and discharge out this water with pumping or mechanical means. The cleaning of sump should be carried out mechanized way as per following. (a). Sufficient Number of Mud pump and Sump Pump should be used to reduce the water level. (b). Arrangment should be available for truck Mounted Vacuum tanker (Cesspool emptier) machine for removal of liquid sludge. (c). Before entering in the tank the man power should use antioxidant gas mask and ensure all the safety protocols as per state/ central Govt ruls & regulations. (d). Hard sludge may be cleared by Manual / Mechanical Winch / Hydra and will be dumped to the unobjectional place as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (e). Availablity of Well equipped machinaries . (f). Availablity of Well trained work force. (g). 100% safety and risk free operation. (h). Cleaning / removal of deposited sludge from open type sump of sum-pump tank including deployment of all machineries like truck mounted cesspool emptier/ JCB with all allied machineries, tools tackles hoses etc, driver, operator, fuel, oil, all consumables all complete evacuation the slushy materials from the sump including clearing of water hyacinth and all floating materials from the sump and removal of all green vegetation from upto 600mm distance from side wall of the sump by mechanized or manual method shall be included in the quoted rates.

Materials and labour for desludging including cleaning of floating materials & water Hyacinth in reservoir capacity 3.00 lakh gallon, size of reservoir is diameter 16 meter, depth 6 meter semi-open type reservoir and the sewage water / storm water / dirty water / sludgy water stored in the water reservoir and discharge out / cleared out the same by pumping and cleaning the sump should be carried out by mechanical / mannual way as per the following:- (a). Sufficient number of mud pump and sump pump should be used to reduce the water level. (b). Arrangment should be available for truck Mounted Vacuum tanker (Cesspool emptier) machine for removal of liquid sludge. (c). Before entering in the tank the man power should use antioxidant gas mask and ensure all the safety protocols as per state/ central Govt ruls & regulations. (d). Supply and fix in repair On-line delta starter of capacity 75 to 100 HP, three phase preventer, phase sequenzer, delay timer, relay, R-Y-B indicators, suitably fitted with panel along with contactor 3 phase 100 Amp MNX, IC-3 pole including replacement of burnt out existing pvc insulated copper wire of suitable size, copper thimble and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair contactor of capacity 100 Amp, 4 pole, 415 volt, Type MNX 100 or HGS 100 including auxilary contact block No & NC complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair thermal overload ralay of range 28-40 Amp complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair star delta timer adjustable type from 3 to 120 sec complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair single phase preventer SPPR type of existing size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, connecting and testing XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, of size 70 sq mm 3.50 core, confirming to IS-7098 (Part-I) laid through in pipe/ duct with brass compression cable gland, terminal lugs, etc including taking out old existing unserviceable cable of any size complete all as specified and directed.

Phase II

Comprehensive maintenance and preventive maintenance through OEM i.e. KIRLOSKAR BROTHERS LIMITED and repair including renewal/replacement of defective parts of all existing for 100 HP Pump sets (Auto prime pumps) manufactured by KIRLOSKAR BROTHERS LIMITED. Scope of Work under CAMC:- 1 KBL Make Auto Prime Pump Sets (03 Nos) will be covered under CAMC. 2. Quarterly Visits will be made by OEM service person with prior intimation and during visits following job will be supervised. (a) Alignment of pump to motor set will be checked & in case if required, rectification will be carried out & readings will be recorded. (b) Coupling bush, pin, rubber parts will be checked & will be replaced if reqd. (c) Gland packing will be checked, adjusted & if require will be replaced. (d)Gland Seal leakages will be checked, if necessary to replace –Replacement will be done. (e) Oil levels/grease in bearings will be checked & replenished if necessary. (f) Temp of Pump Bearing will be measured by thermometer. (g) All filter element will be checked, cleaned & if require will be replaced. (h) All V-belts tension will be checked & if require will be replaced. (i) Discharge will be determined based on Ch. Curve of the pump. (j) MOM / inspection report will be made after every visit. 3. All Tools, Manpower, Special tools like Dial gauge, Filler gauge, Temperature gauge, Tachometer, Clamp meter would be carrying at site by OEM for measurement. 4. Any breakdown/pump repairing job will be carried out in AMC visit and OEM i.e. KBL will responsible for the same.
