Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc and getting out in Hard/Dense Soil complete all as speified and directed.

Add to item 03006 for each additional 1.5m or part thereof in depth beyond the first 1.5m but not exc 3.00 mtr complete all as speified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling,watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in Hard/Dense Soil complete all as speified and directed.

Removing excavated material n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as speified and directed.

M&L for spread fine river sand in trenches complete all as specified ans as directed. Note: For measurement purpose, punned down thickness shall only be taken complete all as speified and directed.

Note :- The earth work, GI pipe & Clamp for suitable size to hold the cable on wall shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of Sch A

S&F of steel tubular swaged poles complete as per IS-2713 MS base plate of size 300mmx300mmx6mm, final taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws as specified type 410 SP-31(9 mtr long) including painting two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer including 4 Nos band/straps with yellow and black colour in alternate way (250mm wide each) aluminium paint two coat at a distance 300mm from plinth block and marking pole nos with black paint including tarring one coat on steel surface embedded in concrete complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Necessary earth work and excavation, PCC in foundation 1:4:8 type D-2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate and PCC 1:3:6 type C-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth block, disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50mmeasured and paid sepearately

M&L for cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from steel section including nuts, bolts, washers, welding bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of synthetic aluminium paint complete all as speified and directed.

M&L for Pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 100mm height, 65mm dia for 1100 volts grade complete all as specified.

M&L for shackle type insulators of 100mm high, 115mm dia porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulators for working pressure 1100 volts including mild steel straps of size 31x5mm including 14mm dia bolts complete all as speified and directed.

Supply & Fixing stay assembly complete with all accessories, such as stay plate 300x300x6mm, stay rod 215cm long and 16mm dia with nuts including GI Bow turn buckle etc, all as per Electrical Plate No 1 SSR-2009 Part-I complete all as specified and directed. Note- Necessary excavation and PCC and one set of stay clamps at top of pole & loop insulator of size 90x140mm porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green shall be measured and paid seperately.

Supply, streching and fixing of over head ACSR conductor of any size drawn straight horizontal on over head lines on poles including binding with insulators, jointing jumpers etc including connections of incoming and out going cables complete all as specified and directed.

Trimming up of tree branches upto 3 mtr all around LT overhead lines, removing cut branches from site complete all as speified and directed. Note :- (i) The overhead lines will be kept clear from all trees by trimming of tree branches with 3 mtr all around the line. Necessary permission will be obtained from department by contractor one day prior to trimming in particular area and shut down of that area will be arranged by department. (ii) Total length of line from supply point to load end will be measured for the purpose of payment, irrespective of the No of trees required to be trimed. (iii) Fortnightly inspection of lines will be made jointly by contractor or his authorised rep and rep of Engr-in-Charge and out come whether lines are free from tree branches or not kept on record for payment. No payment is made for whole length if even single tree is within reach of OH line. (iv) The OH line will be maintained for whole period of contract and the payment will be made with final bill only. The payment for the period for which line not maintained will be deducted proportionately based on fortnightly inspection carried out as detailed above. (vii) Quoted rates shall deemed to be included use of T&P. One span comprises of distance between one pole to another including all trees in its vicinity including switch off/on, electric cable connection or disconnection. Necessary permission will be obtained from department by contractor one day prior to trimming in particular area and shut down of that area will be arranged by department.

Scraping of old paint from the steel tublar pole 9 mtr hight without removing accessories and Preparation surfaces for repainting. Repainting the pole with one coat of alternate black and yellow strips of 30 cm upto height of 1.5 mtr using synthetic enamel. Marking the pole number with black enamel paint. Repainting the remaining pole and iron parts steel cross arms i.e 'U' clamps etc above 1.5 Mtr height by applying two coat of synthetic enamel aluminium paint all as required at site and as directed.

S&F in repair thermoplastic cable junction boxes/enclosure (Distribution Box) for outdoor installation with knockouts for cable entry suitable for cable size 16 to 25 Sqmm of dimension 200mmx140mmx95mm with cable terminals complete fitted on pole with suitable size of MS Clamps F1, nuts, bolts and washers, 01 No MCB SP 6 Amp and painting with two coats of synthetic enamelled paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer on clamps complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair thermoplastic service connection boxes/enclosure (Distribution Box) having busbar with screw bolt connection through fly nut for outdoor installation with knockouts for cable entry suitable for cable size 16 to 25 Sqmm of dimension 450x375x200mm with cable terminals complete fitted on pole with suitable size of MS Clamps F1, nuts, bolts and washers and painting with two coats of synthetic enamelled paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer on clamps incl connections of existing service cables with suitable size of thimbles complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs new LED Post Top Lantern Light fitting 15W housing made out of pressure die-cast aluminium alloy with toughned glass, IP-66 protection, working on 240 volts, 50 Hz, including connecting with 1.5 sqmm, 3 core, PVC insulated Copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade from pole box to light or from overhead conductor to light and suitable size & length of GI pipe complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair LED driver with PF>0.95, input voltage 240V AC, 50 Hz, input current 0.25 Amp AC, output voltage 42V-72V DC, output current 0.7A DC THD<10%, line voltage 140 to 277V, IP 20 protection as per IS:15885 (part-II section 13) suitable for LED street light of 25-45 watt outdoor dry and damp application after taking down the street light from pole/wall and refixing the street light on pole/wall (Size of driver should be as per sample given by Engr -in-charge complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair LED driver with PF>0.95, input voltage 240V AC, 50 Hz, input current 0.25 Amp AC, output voltage 42V-72V DC, output current 0.7A DC THD<10%, line voltage 140 to 277V, IP 20 protection as per IS:15885 (part-II section 13) suitable for LED street light of 50-90 watt outdoor dry and damp application after taking down the street light from pole/wall and refixing the street light on pole/wall (Size of driver should be as per sample given by Engr -in-charge complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install and testing in repair LT Feeder pillar panel cubical outdoor type made out of CRCA sheet 3.00mm front hinged openable door including locking arrangement, platform mounted with angle iron 40mmx40mmx5mm frame work suitable for 240 volts grade three phase 4 wire 50 Hz AC Supply system, having bus bar chamber with suitable aluminium bus bar 100 Amp rating and accomodated with 63 Amp MCB TPN, with digital 24 Hr timer, contactors of suitable rating and making all necessary electrical connection complete, the box shall be dust and vermin proof IP-54 class protection alongwith in built short circuit protection conforms to IS/IEC 60947-4-1 complete all as specified and directed.
