M&L Repair to pot holes any depth, n.exc 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc cutting around edge to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering, well ramming, compacted and rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power road roller to a uniform smooth surface completed all as specified and as directed.

Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam exc 50 mm and n exc 100 mm deep, surface in area not exceeding 400 sqm including removing the rubbish away from site to a distance not exc 50m complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 75mm thick (compacted thickness) Water Bound Maccadam (WBM) with Granite, trap or Basalt , coarse aggregate of grading 2 (63 to 40 mm size) or grading 3 ( 50 mm to 20 mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L of preparation of existing black top surfaces by wire brushing for removing caked mud etc and sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with compressed air to remove all dirt and applying a priming coat of bitumen primer @5 kg/10 sqm of VG-10 grade bitumen complete all as specified.

M&L Premix bituminous, macadam, laid/ rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber ( consolidated) thickness 75 mm or less using paving bitumen of grade VG-30 as binder @ 4% by weight of total mix using mechanical paver and rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power road roller to a uniform smooth surface completed all as specified and as directed. Note :- Mixing shall be done in hot mix plants

Preparing unsurfaced water bound macadam top surfces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with compressed air to remove all loose dirt etc.and then applying evenly a tack coat with VG-10 grade bituminous primer at 10Kg/10 Sqm all as specified.

M&L Bituminous premix aphaltic semi-dense concrete 40mm thick consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content (VG-30) by weight of total mix rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Mixing shall be done in hot mix plants

M&L for road marking paint exc 10cm width (white or Golden yellow ) with hot applied thermoplastic paint 2mm thick having clear and sharp edges over road surfaces including straighting portion, curve etc in any situation. The therrmoplastic material shall be homogeneously composed of aggregate pigment resin and glass reflector rizing beads in equal percentage as specified. The work include for cleaning of road surface, heating the paints within temperature limits as specified by the manufacturer making proper arrangement for traffic during operation etc conforming to specification.

S & F in repair road stud aluminium alloy die casted (cat eye) of size 100mm x 100 mm dynamically designed very high impact strength & fitted with 3 panels of glass beads containing 7 highly reflective glass beads and reflector element on two sides fixed over road surface complete as directed.Make-3M/Dark Eye or equilent as approved by the GE

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving not exc. 15 cm thickness above or below ground level including removing demolished materials, to a distance n. exc 50m and depositing where directed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge

M&L for Plain Cement Concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) as in road pavements, cast in panels, finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Forming contraction/dummy joints of 65 mm x 10mm wide primed & filled with sealing compound of bitumen (VG-10) & sand 1:3 mix, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
