Taking down existing rolling shutters up to 10.00 Sq m area and readjusting the laths and locking curls, tighteining guide channels, greasing ,necessary welding to cage flats and as required etc for easy operation including replacing the unserviceable parts like springs,bearing, MS tube and complete serviceing for smooth fucntioning and refixing to original position complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Only Major undermentioned parts will be measered seprately, Miner items essential for completion other thn mentioned here in after are deemed in quoted rate of this item

Supply & Fix in repair helical spring for counter balancing rolling shutter made from high tension steel spring 75/115mm bore and 600mm long complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fix in repair ball bearing for rolling shutters 75 to 100 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fix in repair safty lever locks mild steel with 4 levers for rolling shutters.

S&F in repairs mild steel worm wheel and gear wheel fitted to suspension shaft of the rolling shutter and connecting rod respectively all as specified and directed. Note:- Suspension shaft and connecting rod will be measured and paid for separately.

Supply & Fix in repair Bevel gear with handle fitted to connecting rod (excluding connecting rod).

Supply & Fix in repair25mm dia.connecting rod fitted to gear wheel and bevel gear.

Supply & Fix in repair, fabricated lock plate of riveted construction made of mild steel sheet 3.15mm thick and 150mm width, reinforced with mild steel angle of size 35mmx35mmx5mm at bottom, and top shall be interlocked with bottom most lath section of curtain.

Supply & Fix in repair mild steel lath section in single piece 1.20mm thick with inter locking curls at both edges .

Supply & Fix in repair Mild steel flat iron 40mmx6mm as in stiffners in hood cover and stopper to arrest lock plate including necessary welding etc all as directed.

Supply & Fix in repair Mild steel sliding bolt arangement fitted with lock plate all as directed.

Supply & Fix in repair Mild steel guide channel of size guide channel of size 75mm depth, 25mm width and 3.15mm thick . including fixing of cleats or supports (not exe.750mm c/c) for attachment to the wall or column by means of bolts or screws all as directed.

Supply & Fix in repair Mild steel bracket plate of 3.15mm thick and n.exe.0.15 sqm of size in any shape fixed to the wall with mild steel angle 40mmx40mmx6mm as holdfast of length minimum 200mm from edge of the bracket plate embedded with PCC 1:2:4 concrete of size 250mmx200mmx200mm and fitted with guide channel by means of 20mm square bar.

Supply & Fix in repair Suspension shaft steel pipe medium of 40mm dia.

Supply & Fix in repairSuspension shaft steel pipe medium of 50mm dia.

Supply & Fix in repair Mild steel sheet 1.00mm thick as hood cover of any shape with flat iron stiffners at both edges and fixed to the bracket plate.

M&L for scrubbing out old paint, rust etc and making smooth and even surface then painting wpplying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on old painted steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth including necessary preparation of surfaces including all fitments all as directed at site

Repair to steel gate of size upto 8 sqm in each panel incl taking down with necessary machineries and necessary welding work including welding of Hinge, Cleats, MS Plate, MS Sheets etc and refixing the same opening complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note: Welding work will be carried at site by arrangement of welding machine without any extra cost to the Government. The cost of Hinges, MS Plate/angle, Ms sheet etc will be paid seperately under relevent steel weight of respective items of Sch.

S&F Mild steel work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 as in for parts required for repairs of gate section like MS sheet/ hinges/ angle hollow and other steel sections Hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, (Posts and Struts in fencing including embedding in concrete etc) drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps, gates wind tie including embedding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work, fixed in repairs, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

S&F in repair steel rolling shutters 1.25mm thick gear oprated type with bevel gear box and crank handle including top cover,anchoring rod, hasp staple and one coat of primer errected complete including required PCC for hold fast and fixing complete.

S & F in repair Collapsible steel gates, top hung, consisting of channel pickets, pivoted flat bars, top and bottom runners, brass handles etc, as specified, erected in position and securing runners with holdfasts and brackets, complete required PCC all as specified & directed.

M&L for 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint including preparation of new steel surfaces of any description exc 10cm in width or girth all as specified & directed.
