Replacement of damaged electrical panels in the chemical room and blower room of 86MLD WTP

OD25418/2024-2025:SSB panel Board - Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of cubicle type, dust and vermin proof, IP-42, floor mounted, front operated, top/bottom cable entry, extensible type MV panel board complying to IS 8623 (with latest amendments) made out of 14/16 SWG thick CRCA sheet fully compartmentalized as per approved design and requirements, hinged doors for all switch gear compartments with door interlock, earthing the doors using 4sqmm braided copper conductor, detachable cover for bus bar chamber and cable alley, powder coating the assembly after subjecting to 7 tank process etc. Name plate, danger notice board, neopreme gaskets for all openable doors & covers, removable gland plates made of 3mm thick sheet steel, all connections and interconnections including mounting the following switch gears and accessories as per approved schematic drawings. The panel shall be fabricated by a CPRI approved vendor. CRCA sheet alone be used for the fabrication except base channel by using ISMC -75. FRP shrouding shall be provided wherever necessary and Louvers for bus bar chamber.1.5sqmm. Copper flexible cable shall be used for control wiring & 2.5sqmm. for CT wiring. GA drawings of Panel boards has to be get approved by the Engineer in charge /Consultant before fabrication of Panel Board.. (a) Incomer: 250A, 4 P MCCB 36 ka - 1 no.(b) Bus bar: 400A TPN electrolytic grade Aluminum busbar with SMC supports, heat shrinkable sleeves as per color code, etc.,(c) Meters and CTs: RYB phase indicating lamps (lamps shall be LED ) with control Fuses -1 set, Electronic Voltmeter -1no., Ammeter (0 -200A) with CT - 3nos.(d) Outgoings: (1) 160A, 36kA, TP, MCCB, Ics=100%Icu with adjustable setting range, Spreader Terminals, Phase Barriers and Rotary operating mechanism plus Neutral link - 3 nos. (2)63A, 36kA, TP, MCCB, Ics=100% Icu with adjustable setting range, Spreader Terminals, Phase Barriers and Rotary operating mechanism, plus Neutral link -1 nos

All cable glands shall be earthed. Including all labour charges and cost of materials.
