Complete servicing of Air Handling Units 30 nos. of Make Edgetech Air Systems CFM-8006 with Pre Box filter-4 Nos. each and 4 row deep Coil each of Central Air Conditioning system 225 TR x 3 Units installed Basement , ground floor , 1st floor 2nd floor ,3rd floor and 4th floor at Govt. Super Specialty Hospital Jammu by way of dismantling / taking out the pre-filters from the AHUs, cleaning them properly with high pressure fresh water using jet cleaner pump. Chemical cleaning of the cooling coils by spraying of chemical cleaner over the coil surface using jet cleaner pump on both sides of coil minimum 30 minutes and then spraying the coil with fresh water till the foam gets cleared and the chemical is completely washed off. The cleaning process is repeated till the cooling coils are totally cleaned. The job includes alignment of blower-motor assembly, pulley and belt adjustment, tightening of all loose nut and bolts. The complete job includes testing the AHU working for minimum one hour after complete servicing. The job also includes cleaning of nozzle head, and cleaning of duct as per requirement at site to clear the bockagesThe job also includes checking the working of AHU electric panel and rectification of the fault in panel if any. The Complete job includes cost of material charges, skilled and semi skilled man power charges for AHU service as well as for electrical panel checking and repairing, transport charges, hire charges of tools and tackles and all kinds of taxes thereof.
