Annual maintenance, cleaning and upkeep of buildings at UJJWAL campus at Dehradun

Supplying and Engaging Skilled and Un-Skilled labour for cleaning of floors of "UJJWAL" Buildings, Roads within the Campus and Compounds, Offices, all the Toilets, Floors and Walls, Shifting of Materials, cleaning the Sanitary and Sewer line where blocked, cleaning the Roof tops, railings ,Approach path, parking space, upkeep and maintenance of indoor and outdoor plants ,garden area etc. required for proper completion of the work as per the direction of Officer-in- Charge.

Supplying materials for above-mentioned item as given in annexure

Charges For Hiring of Cleaning equipment and maintaining machines equipment, tools and tackles, small or big and that may be required for the fulfilment of the contract (Once in Two Months)

Providing Staff Uniform including shoes (for 17 Nos Staff twice a year)
