Regarding terracing of mud phaska covered with tiles or brick, in cement mortar by dismantling tiles or bricks, removing mud plaster, preparing the surface of mud phaska to proper slope, relaying mud plaster gobri leaping and tiles or bricks, grouted in cement mortar 1 :3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand), including replacing unserviceable tiles or bricks with new ones and disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground (the cost of the new tiles or brick excluded), all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.(HSR 30.9)

Providing and laying Cement concrete flooring 1: 2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete 10.10.1 40 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate(HSR 10.10.1)

Providing and laying of 40 mm thick marble chips flooring rubbed and polished to granolithic finish, under layer 34 mm thick cement concrete 1 :2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 12.5 mm nominal size) and top layer 6mm thick with white, black, chocolate, grey, yellow or green marble chips of sizes from 1 mm to 4 mm nominal size, laid in cement marble powder mix 3: 1 (3 cement : 1 marble powder) by weight in proportion of 4:7 (4 cement marble powder mix : 7 marble chips) by volume, including cement slurry etc. complete: 10.19.6 Ordinary cement without any pigment (HSR 10.19.6)

Providing and fixing of Kota stone slab flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand) : 10.37.1 25 mm thick (HSR 10.37.1)

Providing and laying flamed finish Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1 :4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing, curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge: 10.49.1 Flamed finish granite stone slab Jet Black, Cherry Red, Elite, Brown, Cat Eye or equivalent (HSR 10.49.1)

Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1 :4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand), Jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., complete.(HSR 10.57)

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer ) of approved make in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement Mortar 1 :3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.(HSR 10.58)

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1 :4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete. 10.63.2 Size of Tile 600x600 mm (HSR 10.63.2)

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08 % and conforming to I.S. 15622, of approved make, in all colours & shade, in skirting, riser of steps, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1 :3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joint with white cement & atching pigments etc. complete. 10.67.2 Size of Tile 600x600 mm(HSR 10.67.2)

Pointing on brick work or brick flooring with cement mortar 1 :3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand): 11.25.1 Flush / Ruled/ Struck or weathered pointing (HSR 11.25.1)

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-inCharge. With cement mortar 1 :4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand) (HSR 30.16.1)

Providing and applying two coats white cement based putty of approved brand and manufacturer, over plastered surface and grinding the surface smooth with sand paper to get en even and smooth finish including cost and carriage of all material , labour charges, scaffolding, sundries etc. complete (HSR 11.58)

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready made) having voe content less than 50 gm per litre. of approved manufacturer and of required shade and colour complete. as per manufacture r's specification. One or more coats on old work (HSR 30.34.1)

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface: 11.67.1 Water thinnable cement primer (HSR 11.67.1)

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade Old work (One or more coats applied @ 0.83 litre/ 1 0 sqm) over existing cement paint surface (HSR 30.38.2)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade. One or more coats on old work (HSR 30.28.1)

Extra for providing frosted glass panes 4 mm thick instead of ordinary float glass panes 4 mm thick in doors, windows and clerestory window shutters. (Area of opening for glass panes excluding portion inside rebate shall be measured(HSR 12.15)

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete (HSR 30.21)
