Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone-work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches, n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m depth for foundation and n. exc 10sqm on plan and getting out in any type soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete, type D-2 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundation, filling, sub base and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete M-25 (design mix) (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for columns and the like, complete all as specified and directed

M&L for reinforced cement concrete M-25 (design mix) (20mm graded stone aggregates) as in columns, pillars, piers, post, struts and the like, complete all as specified and directed

M&L for reinforced cement concrete M-25 (design mix) (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in beams, cantilivers, bressmmers, lintles over 1.5 M Span, complete all as specified and directed

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, old size, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on other than fair faces of brick wall , finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of walls by applying wall care putty 2mm thick and applying two coats of exterior weather coat paint of apex ultima in camouflage of two or more colours pattern over and inlcuding a coat of primer, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality comfarming to Fe-410-W, grade E-250, as in columns complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 5mm dia cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends as in stirrups, spacers and binders including binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality comfarming to Fe-410-W, grade E-250, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for framed brackets of angles or tees with web and flanges cut to shape, drilled and counter sunk for screw, including bending and welding angles, as necessary, gusset plates, riveting etc not exceeding 10 Kg each brackets, conforming to Fe. 290. Gde-E-165 (brackets over 10 kg each to be measured under structural steel), including demolition of old iron work complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line of wire to be measured) after dismantling of old unserviceble barbed wire complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for concertina coil 1050 mm dia, 56 loops, 2.5mm core wire heavy galvanised (wire-275 GSM & strip-200 GSM), tensile strength of wire 1400-1500 N/Sqmm, weight 14.63 Kg / Coil, stretchable length 12M inlcuding securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc after dismantling of old concertina coil of any type complete all as specified and directed.

M&L waste formwork to sides of concrete foundation, footing, bases of colums, raft & raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beam and similar work, in rough finished flat surface of concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L formwork to sides of concrete in columns, pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions for rough finished surface of concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, trenches including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick , complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material ,not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting poin, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.
