Consultancy service for “the preparation of Detailed Feasibility Report (DFR) and model Bid documents for Supply, delivery, installation of smart water meters in the head works, booster station, GLSRs, group sump, Panchayat sumps/OHTs where the supply is directly from pumping/ gravity main instead of from Panchayat sumps, receiving all the particulars from all smart water meters, and forming the centralized monitoring system where data from all smart meters are collected and made into actionable data for assessing billed quantity and automatic generation of billing purpose” with a team of 1 no. of Project Leader, 1 no. of Financial Analyst, 1 no. of Instrumentation expert cum IoT Specialist, 1 no. of Mechanical expert, 160 nos. of Field Data Collector/ Accessor & 2 nos. of Computer operator, including the cost for Admin/office expenses, submission of reports comprising Inception report, Draft final DPR & Drawing, final DPR & Drawing & draft Bid documents, tender drawings for all the CWSSs, Soft copy of KML file for locations & Data base preparation for all the CWSSs, conveyance and Transporation, etc complete and as directed by TWAD Board officers.
