Excavation in soil in Hilly area by mechinical means in all heights and depths all kinds of soil such as a pick work , jumper work , blasting work both in soft and hard rock with chiesling / wedging out rock (where blasting is prohibited ) and other intermediate classification of soil including cutting and trimming of side slopes and disposal unserviceable material by mechnical transport and stacking the serviceable/ useful material on the road berms as per technical specification clause 1603.1, 1603.2and as directed by the Engineer -in - Charge, muttams shall be left at suitable place as directed by Engineer- in - Charge and shall be recovered only after attaining the formation level and after final checking of Engineer-in- Charge. The work shall be executed in workman like manner and avoid any damage to the private / Govt. property in the vicinity of work site , if any damage occurs to any property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor , which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all cases. The recovery of useful stone quantity 10518.94 cum @ 300/- per cum amounting to Rs:- 3115682/- only shall be done on prorata basis in each running bill for this item.Including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per the directions of Engineer - in- Charge.

Rehabilitation of damaged asphalt pavement and base layer up –to a depth 300mm (Three hundred millimetre) by RS 460 cold in –situ stabilization technology using cement/additive as binder and water as per design mix. The entire in –situ process would be carried out with milling & pulverizing of damaged asphalt pavement and base layer to the desired depth and simultaneous addition of water with machine integrated 16 no’s spray bars having fitted on the wheeled recycling equipment. The resultant stabilized mix then would be profiled to required grade, level and thickness using grader and mix would be compacted using soil compactor roller to achieve desired proctor density complete in all respects. The above said in –situ stabilization process shell be carried out by a mobile and self –propelled stabilizer equipment of working width of 2.4mts (two point four metres) and with engine horse power of 456HP. The equipment shall be equipped with integrated microprocessor regulated water spray Bar having 16 nozzles. The cement spread by truck mounted Containerized spreader with working width 2.4 mts. (two point four metres) with integrated cellular wheels with microprocessor weight control system.all leads and lifts as per the directions of Engineer - in- Charge
