Taking down aluminium / copper point wiring with surface / concealed stove enamelled steel / PVC conduit or wooden batten (light, fan, socket or power) including sunk in cast iron / pressed steel terminal boxes such as switches, ceiling roses, lamp holders, sockets, regulators, call bell, light fitting any sketch etc and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for concealed Point wiring for light points with PVC insulated unsheathed FRLS two run of 1.5 Sqmm multi stranded copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade & one run of 1.5 Sq mm multi stranded copper conductor cable as continuous earth wire drawn in and including PVC conduit not less than 19/20 mm dia with all fittings, sunk in MS Pressed steel terminal boxes of suitable depth and 1.6 mm thick (duly painted with two coat of anti corrosive paint outsite and Aluminium paint inside) with top cover 2.8 mm thick Hylem sheet cover for mounting of switches / sockets and fan regulators etc including cutting, chasing and making good wall / ceiling surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair Sub main wiring with PVC insulated cable of size 2 X 4.0 Sqmm + 1 X 4.0 Sqmm earth wire multi stranded copper conductor FRLS drawing into and including heavy duty 25mm dia surface PVC conduit and continuous earth wire complete and making good disturbed surfaces to wall/ floor etc, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.53 above but sub main wiring of size 2 X 6 Sqmm + 1 X 6.0 Sqmm as earth wire.

Supply and fixing in replacement polycarbonate AC Box with Industrial Socket 16Amp 3 Pin. The AC Box shall be anti-acid & anti corrosive, Degree of protection against mechanical load shall be IK08 (5 Joule) in accordance with IEC 62262. The Box DEGREE OF INGRESS PROTECTION IP 65 IN ACCORDANCE WITH IEC 60529. The gasket shall be internally embedded made of polyurethane. Lid fasteners shall not have screws but shall be with quarter turn locking knobs – which is well visible ( open – locked) and they will be sealable without any accessories. The panel shall pass glow wire test 960 degrees Centigrade in accordance with 60695-2-11 [flame retardant and self-extinguishing], complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement Meter boxes made of Lid PC and base is polystyrene. Meter Boxes Size 217 x 253 x 115 mm in Grey colour. Junction Box IP 65 Thermoplastic PS Polystyrene weatherproof Junction Box with multi level knockouts for cable glands in different sizes. The pre-moulded knockouts shall be available on top and bottom of the junction box to enable cable entries from both direction. The Meter box shall have an optional cable entry at the bottom the box via pre-moulded knockout to enable pole mounting option. Lid fasteners self closed will be tool operated. it will be sealable with accessories. In the event of formation of condensed water, the Meter box shall have a minimum of two condensation knock-outs inside to ensure optimum safe performance. The Meter box shall fulfill the relevent IS for Weatherproof, Rainwater proof, temperature resistant, Flame – retardant, Self-extinguishing, UV Resistant, the Meter Box with Suitable Glands 3 Nos shall have each and chromium plated clamps, nut bolts complete all as per manufacturer’s instructions.

Supply and fixing in replacement Loadline Vertical TPN DB prewired distribution board doble door, 8 way TPN IP66 ( in accordance with IEC 60 529) including one No MCCB 125 Amps as incomer and 4 Nos of MCB TPN 40 Amp-16 nos, MCB SP-8 Nos, MCB SPN as required for outgoing, double door type Lid , made of high quality Polycarbonate (shock proof, rust free, corrosion free, acid and chemical resistant, fire retardant, self-extinguishing, having high impact, made of halogen and silicon free recyclable material conform to RoHS directive 2002/95/EC ) enclosure 415V with 63 Amps rated standard busbar of suitable size. The high flexibility of the modular enclosure system allows an easy upgrading of the assembly including bus bar system at any time even after many years. The DB shall have high grade gasket made of Polyurethane. Enclosure shall be totally insulated, protection class II. And rated insulation voltage should be 690V AC as per IEC 60664. The feeder pillar shall have certificates and safety features for Weather proof, UV resistant according to relevent IS withstand glow wire test, flame retardant and self-extinguishing in nature, Intended to be operated by ordinary person. S&F in replacement IP 65 Thermoplastic PS polystyrene weatherproof MCB Box suitable for any makes MCBs, for 12 Way (14 MCB's SP Cut) with multi - level knockouts for cable glands in different sizes. Double door with IP-65 protection single phase 240 volts, including neutral link fixed flush concealed in wall including cutting/chasis in wall /surfaces for fixing DB and making good distributed wall/surfaces to match with existing specification. The MCB box shall fulfill the following technical features :- • with sealable lid. • locking device for hinged lid and sealing facility with accessories • with cable entry cover • protective cover can be cut out The MCB box shall fulfill the following standards: Weatherproof : Rainwater proof, temperature resistant, IP65 IEC 60670-24, Flame – retardant & Self-extinguishing. Glow Wire tested at minimum 750 deg C. IEC 60529 : IP 65 degree of protection.

Supply and fix MCB TPN 'B' series, 415 volts, 50Hz, 63 Amps, suitable for high inrush current loads, complete all as specified and directed.
