The contractor has to give rate for given head and discharge and submit spacifications as required by the Nigam, However, In case the actual head at site changes within 10%(+ or -) either side, the contractor has to provide pump of required head and discharge at the same rate as already quoted by the firm and no extra payment will be made to the contractor for the above variation. moreover the contractor has to submit the revised spacification and design as required by the Nigam.
