M&L for application of Ist coat including preparation of existing black top road surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing cacked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the plain surface with gunny bags or air compressor and to remove all loose dirt and applying one coat of black road marking paint (water based) spraying with mechanical means complete all as spd and directed.

M & L for application of 2nd coat after two days of Ist coat applied under item no 1 above and preparation of existing of black top road surface by bru;shing with wire brushing for removing cacked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finallyfanning th e plain surface with gunny bags or air compressor and to remove all loose dirt and applying one coat of black road marking paint (water based) spraying with mechanical means complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of road surfaces and applying thermoplastic reflective paint in marking of minimum 2.5mm thick single coat as in centre line and edge line road marking of 150/100 mm width thermoplastic paint (Hot application) white/ yellow by indigenous modern propelled road marking machine as directed including all ingredients such as blinder, glass beads Titanium dioxide calcium carbonate inter fillers, thermoplastic requirement for glass beads shall be the table No 800.4 of MORTH specification including spraying of glass beads and ermoving of exicesting old paint etc all as per manufacture instructions complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old distempered surfaces of walls and applying one coat of oil bound distemper complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of old plastered or brick masonry surfaces of wall, corrugated AC sheet roofing and applying one coat of cement base paint (snowcem) complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of old painted plastered surfaces of walls, pillars and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint over 1.00 to 1.50 mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted wooden surfaces over 10 Cm width and girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces exc 10 Cm width or girth etc and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of old polished wooden surfaces of any description over 10 Cm width or girth and applying one coat of manson polish complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of existing old surface of any type and apply one coat of weather coat exterior emulsion , nature to be use on vertical as well as horizontal surface completed all as per manufacturer instruction. Note 1 :- (Rate shall be inclusive of scafolding and other arrangement to reach height) 2. The work shall be executed from authorised applicator of manufacturer as approved by GE.

M&L for preparation old metal sheet roof of any height by removing mildew, dirt and any loose flakes of old paint on roof surfaces and apply one coat of synthetic enamel paint by mechanical means machine spray complete all as per manufacturer Instructions and directed by Engr-in- Charge. Note :- The work shall be executed from authorised applicator of manufacturer as approved by GE.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment over concrete kerb stone and applying two coat synthetic enamel paint over a one coat of primer , complete all as specified.

M&L for complete removal / scrapping of existing treatment on wall / ceiling using mechanical sander/ grinder upto to the height 15m complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge (Rate shall be including scafolding and other arrangement to reach height).

M&L for one coat of 1.00 to 1.50 mm thick wall putty on wall / ceiling through normal applications to provide smooth surface complete upto to the height 15m complete all as per manufacturer instruction and directed by Engr in Charge (Rate shall be inclusive of scafolding and other arrangement to reach height).

M&L for one coat of primer on wall / ceiling through normal applications complete upto to the height 15m complete all as per manufacturer instruction and directed by Engr in Charge (Rate shall be inclusive of scafolding and other arrangement to reach height).

M&L for two coat of plastic emulsion (light / dark shade) on wall / ceiling through normal application using machinery etc complete upto to the height 15m complete all as per manufacturer instruction and directed by Engr in Charge (Rate shall be inclusive of scafolding and other arrangement to reach height)

M&L for providing and fixing 25 to 30mm thick plaster of paris ceilling/wall POP designer frame ( gypsum anhydrous) to flat surface over 2nd class soft wood fillets,or metal frame work and reinforced ,with G.I. wire mesh complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of existing old surfface and onecoat of plastic emulsion (light / dark shed) on wall by mechanical means complete upto to the height 15m complete all as per manufacturer instruction and directed by Engr in Charge (Rate shall be inclusive of scafolding and other arrangement to reach height)

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and pavings n.exc. 15 Cm thick below or above ground level. (un renforced).

M & L for PCC 1: 3 : 6 type C-2 ( using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in surface channels and drains etc complete all as specified.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection or similar places, and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement including making joints 12mm wide to the full depth of PCC at every 3 meters and at every change of direction and filling the same with sealing compound grade 'A' including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 100 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in Hard standing etc. with , spike rolling ,or making impressions of expanded metal, while the concrete is green all as specified.

M & L for machine pressed coloured rubberised precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size conforming to IS -15658 - 2006 of 80 mm thickness, M-40 Grade over & including 25mm thick layer of fine sand completed all specified and directed. M & L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-20mm thick over & including 20mm thick cement screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 laid and jointed with grey cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab incluiding rubbing and mirror polishing complete all as specifgied and directed by Engineer-in-Charge, completed all specified and directed.

M & L for machine cut kota stone slab mirrior polished 18-20mm thick as in skirting/dado over & including 10mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade completed all specified and directed.

S&F 6 mm thick E-board false ceiling (Classic) including galvanised colour coated snap grid frame for false ceiling, size of grid 605 X 605 mm fixed with 1.6 mm dia GI wire suspenders one end tied toroof members and other endconnected to main tee of grid framework by means of 4mm dia adjustable "J" hook consisting of two Nos washers and two nuts at 1.2 mtr centres all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in charge (size of main tee 38 mmX25 mmX 1.4 mm, cross tee 38 mm X 25 mm X 1.4 mm angle along walls 38 mm X 25 mm X 2.0 mm) and two coats of oil bound emulsion complete all as specified and directed including dismantling boarding any description fixed in any position with nails.

M&L for 16 - 18mm thick lakha stone (grenite) work in path / vertical surface ( squre/rectangular) polished area of each tile exceeding 0.36 sqm in floor / vertical surface etc .Over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour to match the surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L in repairs 16–18mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills,cooking platforms, shelves in cupboard,handwash places and like including necessary cutting and grooving to walls and making good by pointing in cement mortar (1:2) using admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over and including cement screed bed Cement Mortar (1:6) 15 mm thick colour of granite as approved all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for providing edges moulding to 16-18mm thick granite stone of counters etc . Including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc .

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone agg) as in sub base filling and mass concrete complete finished evenand fair all as specified and directed.

M & L for chequered heavy duty glossy finish cement tiles 30cm x 30cm x25 mm thick over & including 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar in cement mortar 1:6 set ,jointed & pointed in neat cement slurry in floor with grey cement mixed with colour pigments complete all as spd, & directed. M & L Grinding of existing mozaic / kota stone flooring including mirror polishing complete all as directed.

M&L for welding in repairs not exceeding 2.5 cm length & any thickness of metal to be welded comlete all as spcified and directed.

S&F of Structural steel, rolled section as in main and cross beams, hips and jack rafters, purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors, fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates conforming to Fe-410 W (Gde-E-250)all as specified and directed.

S & in repairs for PVC wall lining any colour & pattren consisting of 5 mm thick ( Sandwitch panels ) any coloured PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site as per specification and all as directed.

Regular repair for building work rlated to joinery & masonary and plumber work, including minor repair to doors replacement of glass panes tightening of wire cloths bow handle, tower bolt, sliding bolts etc, Repair to brick work plaster repair to boundary wall pillers drain repair of brick work, plaster repair boundary wall pillers .Repair and replacment ,WHB, WC , stop cock, tabs, water tanks fittings and cleaning flote valve etc. Providing One mason , one plumber, and one carpenter per day for full day in normal working hours, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in -Charge. Note:- Attending one copmlaint shall be measured as one job.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutter from frame) area any size complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs Steel window box type with side hinges shutters incl box type hinges with steel handle, and steel peg stay, complete without glazing bars, including 4mm thick sheet glass pane fixed with glazing putty dovetailed or welded incl cutting holes in wall for inserting holdfast and making good to the dismantled portion in mortor 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 as required.

Providing, cement concrete type 1:2:4 B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone agg) in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 Cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, gola ,kerbs not provided for in Item 04028, water troughs and the like ncluding weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed.

M&L for Exterior colour tile skirting and dado of size 30x60cm x7to 8 mm thick and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed in same colour tile grout to match the shade over and including screed bed or bedding layer or mortor 15mm thick in cement mortor 1:6 including dismantling existing tile complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 15 mm bore long body bib tab Chromium plated with wall flange complete all as specified and directed. Make- Jaquar opal prime/Cera-Ruby series/Kohler series.

M & L for 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) over concrete surface finished even & smooth with out extra cement with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer instructions while the concret is green (WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

M & L a coat of cold applied bituminous primer over cleaned surface @ 0.50 Kg/Sqm and laid 3mm thick APP modified five layer ploymeric membrance, minimum wt 3.60 Kg/Sqm reinforced with polfyester non woven fabric (weighing not less than 150gms/Sqm) with torch application mathod as per the manufacturer instruction with side over lap of 75mm & end over lap of 100mm & tucked into the chases on vertical surfaces wih grooves & make good in cement mortar 1:3 , finally if required & finally finished with bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.20 Kg/Sqm etc complete all as spefified including taking down existing roof treatment from the RCC slab, cleaning off all foreign material by wire brushing cleaning off surface and removal of spoil to a distance n.exc 500 mtr complete all as directed. Make STP / SIKA / PIDILITE as Approved by GE. NOTE :- (a) Work shell be executed by authorised applicator of manufacture as per manufacturers instructions and upto roof hight of tripple stories building.(b). 10 years of manufacture s guarantee shall be excuted in smart assurance system complete all as spfd and directed.

Supply only water proofing compound (liquid) completed all specified and directed.

M &L for repair by dismantling of existing wooden floor and provide new HDF laminate wooden flooring of 08mm thick over 2mm thick Foam sheet over a layer of polythene film sheet and all necessary fixtures to match with existing floor level and finished completed all specified and directed.
