Biennial Maintenance Contract (BAMC) for CC Cameras, NVR, ETBS, POE, Intercom System and Technical support for Server, Firewall and Networking.

The firm should have minimum THREE years of experience in providing BAMC of CC Cameras, POE Switches and NVR at any union of KMF.

The firm should have provided at least 2 servers to any union of KMF and should have experience at provided successful implementation of LAN.

Satisfactorily completed as prime contractor, at least 2 BAMC of CC Cameras, POE Switches and NVR. The proof of satisfactory maintenance is to be supported by the certificates issued by the Organization for having satisfactorily maintained the CC Cameras, POE Switches and NVR. The firm should have minimum one qualified engineers. The firm should provide details of their qualification and experience.

The firm with experience in providing BAMC in any of KMF milk union is preferable.

The firm should have executed the BAMC of at least 25 Nos of CC Camera in any of the organizations.

The bidder should quote the rate with inclusive of all taxes, Freight, Packing & Forwarding, Insurance, Loading & Unloading etc.

Tenderer must upload the Scanned copy of whole Tender Document with Tenderer Stamp & Signature in all pages without fail. If the Tenderer fails to upload the signed copy of tender document, those tenders will be rejected.

Bidder should submit Company Registration Certificate, GST, PAN, last three years Profit & Loss A/c and Balance Sheet with CA Certification and IT returns.
