SCHEDULE-A

Contractor's All Risk Insurance Policy: 1. Schedueld Completion Period : 1420 Days from the Date of Commencement. 2. Defect Liability Period : 730 Days beyond Date of Issue of Completion Certificate. 3. Deductibles • For Non- Wet works: AOG/Collapse / EMP/ Major Perils– 10% of the claim amount subject to minimum INR 1 Lakh • Other Claims – 5% of the claim amount subject to minimum INR 1 lakhs • Design Defect Excess – 5 times AOG excess • For Wet works: AOG/Collapse / EMP/ Major Perils– 10% of the claim amount subject to minimum INR 50 Lakh • Other Claims –10% of the claim amount subject to minimum INR 10 lakhs • Design Defect Excess – 5 times AOG excess 4. Full replacement Cost : Project awarded value Rs. 297.78 Crores (Without Custom Duty, GST & PS). 5. For detail terms, cover & requirement please refer clause 4.0 of Special Conditions of Contract.

Workmen Compensation Policy: 1. No. of Workers - 100 Nos. 2. Monthly Wages - Rs. 30,000/- PM 3. Medical Extension Covered up to - Rs. 1,00,000/-

SCHEDULE-C

Marine Insurance Policy – Domestic Inland Insurance Only (From Ware house Anywhere in India to Ware house at Project Site): 1. Policy Period - 1420 Days from Date of Commencement 2. Interest Commodity - All kinds of items related to project (Rails, Fastenings, Turnouts, Check Rails, Buffer Stops etc.) and other items/terms related to project. Total Sum Insured - Rs. 75 Crs. 3. Terms of Cover - All Risk and War & Strike/SRCC 4. Voyage - Anywhere in India to Project Site on warehouse to warehouse basis 5. Mode of Connveyance - Multi Modal 6. Excess - 0.50 % of consignment value subject to a minimum of Rs. 25,000/- for each & every claim 7. For detail applicable terms please refer clause 4 of Special Conditions of Contract.
