Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Joint Venture not allowed

The technical proposal shall not include any financial information

Consultant shall express the price of their services in Indian Rupee

Proposal must remain valid for 90 days, after the submission date.

The tenderer should bound to all the conditions mentioned in Bid Documents

The intending Bidder/ firm/ company are advised to visit the work site before submission of the tenders.

The necessary Certificates / documents in support of eligibility criteria fulfilled as stipulated shall be scanned and attached toe- tender document. The original certificate / documents shall be produced prior to the opening of bid for verification. Scanned signature of the Bidder/ firm/ company authorized representative of the Bidder/ firm/ company shall be attached while uploading bid document

The original of all above documents shall be produced for verification otherwise the tender will treated as non responsive bid and rejected.

If any of the dates mentioned above happens to be a general holiday, the next working day holds good

Conditional tenders are liable to be rejected. The officer competent to accept the tender shall have the right to reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason whats ever.

Corrigendum will be published in the website for all modifications or corrections if any.

The consultant should mention their recent correct postal address & mail address in declaration forms

The Tender processing charges paid by the Bidder/ firm/ company are not refundable even if the tenders are cancelled

Incomplete tender documents will be rejected

As per the Karnataka Building and other Constructions Workers Welfare Cess Act 1996, 1%of the bill amount will be deducted from the bills

Typographical errors, if any, will not be the ground for any claims by the Consultant

The bidder should furnish the name of the individual/ firm with address & telephone No.with place of registration, year of incorporation etc.

Credentials obtained from the employer not below the rank of Executive Engineer shall be furnished indicating the work done and the consultancy fee obtained for such projects.

Firms shall examine all terms and instructions included in the document, failure to provide all or any of the requested information will be at your risk and may result in the rejection of your proposal.

The availability of key professional staff must be ensured at cell during the period shown in the schedule.

A good working knowledge of kannada and English language is a must for key professional staff on this assignment.

The financial proposals shall be prepared to cover the tasks mentioned in the TOR and also the tasks you may think should be carried out in order to meet the objective the services.

The financial proposals shall take into account the tax liability and cost of insurance, if any specified in the TOR.

The contractor/consultant shall quote the rates without adding GST for either materials or works contract(service). GST payable by the contractor/consultant under this work contract will be paid to the contractor/consultant over and above the contractor/Consultant bid amount.

The bidder should visit the proposed site before participating in the tender along with the concerned Subdivision officer and take duly signed site inspection letter and upload the same while submitting the Bid
