M&L for Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc and getting out in Hard / dense soil all as specified and as cdirected.
M&L for Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and exc 1.5m but n exc 3.0 m in depth; for foundation, etc and getting out in Hard / dense soil all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of stone /boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc., but including ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles.
Mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia., and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia., or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 15 mm thick plaster in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface with spounge finish all as specified and as directed.

S & F angle 50x50x6 mm independetly with web and flange cut to shape drilled and countersunk for screws including bending and welding angles without connecting plate as bracket conf. to FE-290 Gde-E-165 all as specified and as directed.
S&F in repair galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails including securing or tying at crossings with provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
M&L for preparation of new surfaces of steel of any description over 10cm in width or girth apply two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of Red oxide primer complete all as specified.
M&L for preparation of surfaces of new plaster surface of wall and applying two coat of cement base paint over priming surface complete all as specified and directed.
Returning filling in including spreading, levelling , watering and well ramming n exc. 25 cm in layers (Soil)
Removing excavated soil n exc 50m lead and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5M above from the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
Supplying and fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600 mm dia 10 m openable length ( total length 90m) having 50 nos round per 6 m length upto 3 m height of wall with existing angle iron Y shape placed 2.4 m or 3.0 m apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T reinforced barbed wire stud tied with GI staple and GI clips ti retain horizantle including necessary bolts or GI barbed wire tied to angle iron all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge with reinforced barbed wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg sqmm with tape 0.52 mm thick and weight 43.478 gm/m all as specified and as directed.
S and F Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165
M & L for taking out old water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and M&L for applying new water proofing treatment as specified and as directed below :- (a) 10 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) using water proofing compound @ 3% of weight of cement on RCC roof slab, finished even & smooth without using extra cement as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (b) The roof surface shall be thoroughly wire brushed cleaned to eliminate all sharp projection, washed, dried up and cleaned of all foreign material and dust to receive primer. (c) On the dried plastered surface, one coat of approved bituminious primer @ 0.25 Kg/Sqm shall be applied. (d) Applied 3mm thick for fare faces, APP modified bituminous membrane with non woven polyster mat reinforcement weighing not less than 3 Kg/Sqm with plain finish shall be laid by torch application method. (e) The overlap while torching shall be 100mm on transverse direction and 75mm on longitudinal direction. (f) Top surface shall be applied with bituminious aluminium paint. (g) The treatment shall be carried as per manufacturer’s instructions and removal and roughening of existing treatment if any may be done before application of above as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
M&L Brick work with fly ash bricks, conforming to IS- 12894:2002, modular, class designation 75 (Kgf/cmsq), straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 etc including demolition of brickwork built in cement mortar and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.
M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick walls finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.
M&L two coat exterior weather proof Apex paint over a coat of alkali resistance primer incl preparation of newly plastered surface complete all as specified and as directed.
M&L for 20 mm thick Granite ( of any type ) work (table rubbed and polished ) in door , window jambs & cills, cooking platforms and like in CM (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite slab including cutting & polishing complete all as specified and directed.
