Designing, supplying, installing, testing and commissioning ELECTRICALLY OPERATED SOLID WASTE DISPOSAL SYSTEM (latest upgraded technology) suitable to operate at 415 V, AC power supply for mixed solid waste (MSW) dry and wet paper waste, cartons waste, plastic wastes, polythene bags, organic wastes, plastic sheets and plastic scrap with disposal capacity 200 Kg/day, as per manufacturer's instructions with latest upgraded technology, waste destruction system eco-friendly with necessary heater arrangements and multi-layered ventury, water wet scrubber for flue gas treatment and MS constructed chambers, structures including chimney height not less than 6 mtr, single feeding point, temperature 350⁰C to 400⁰C with pressure release valve and temperature monitor sensors, rock wool heat proof insulation including transportation and operational training to operating staff, necessary foundation work for platform as per design recommended by the manufacturer complete all as specified and directed. Make/ Manufacturer: M/s INENVIRO PRIVATE LIMITED / M/s VIKAS ENGINEERING / M/s HEATECH SYSTEMS or any other manufacurer as approved by the GE.

S&F 500 litres capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank, triple layered, hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends; conform to IS 778 for 20 mm bore dia iron pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for 20 mm bore dia of iron/ PVC pipe (Minimum weight 210gms) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 20 mm bore dia unplasticised PVC pipes and fittings of pressure rating 10 kgf/cm2 fixed complete to walls, ceilings or in floors etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting existing 25 or 32 mm bore GI/ CI tubing for alternation or addition (Each cut measured) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable (LT UG cable) with aluminium conductor, conforming to IS-7098 Part-1 (1998), 1100 Volts grade, cross-sectional area 95 sq.mm 3.5 core, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 40 mm bore dia GI steel tubes with all fittings, 'light grade', for protection of cable on poles, walls, under road crossing etc, complete all as directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm using soil obtained from excavation after the cables, pipes/ fittings are laid/ fixed jointed and tested complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: Riddled earth up to 20cm depth around cable for protection to be filled including spreading, levelling etc & punned down.

Removing excavated soil material from site to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr away and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr from the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying common burnt clay building bricks, sub-class ‘B’ designation 75 for cable protection over the cables complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F cable route indicator made of 15 x 15 x 6 mm thick MS plate welded with 10 mm dia x 300 mm long MS rod grouted in PCC block of size 200 x 200 x 300 mm and writing LT cable complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6.3mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth of not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead of GI wire of size 4mm dia by means of GI Bolts, Nuts, check nuts and washers of the earth and thimbles and other end of the earth GI wire connected to earthing test point and protected by galvanised iron pipe light grade 20 mm dia from earth plate to Panel/DBs and water pipe 15 mm dia GI medium grade raised up to a level of 50cm above ground level with plug at top, earthing pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 RCC pre-cast (1:2:4 type B-1) cover slab of 50 mm thick using 8.00mm dia CTD bars reinforcement both ways at 140 mm centre to centre with handle, 15 mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering pipe, wire mesh, funnel and providing charcoal or coke and salt in alternative layers of 15 cm including necessary earth work in hard/ dense soil, returning, refilling and removing of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr testing complete all as shown in electrical plate No-3 of MES Schedule Part-I of SSR-2009 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F distribution board made out of sheet metal enclosure (CRCA sheet) dust and vermin proof, double door type, TPN 4 way, 415 Volts grade with 200 Amps insulated rated bus bar with nickel plated brass, isolated neutral bar and door earthing, earth bar IP- 43 protection with poly urethane (PU) gasketing, IK-08 Mechanical impact resistance, door earthing flush to wall, including testing, suitable for mounting and including supply and fixing MCCB 125 Amp, 16 kA, 4 P - 01 No. as incomer and MCB TPN 63 Amps - 2 Nos as outgoing complete all as specified and directed. Note: The cost of MCCB and MCBs to be deemed in the quoted rate.

Surface excavation in hard/ dense soil, not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches in hard/ dense soil, not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exceeding 10 sq.m on plan and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) in hard/ dense soil each not exceeding 0.50 cu.m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and making good surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for broken stone or boulders hardcore of gauge not exceeding 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete PCC 1:4:8, type D2 using 40mm graded broken stone aggregate as in foundations, filling mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S&F rolled mild steel structural work in tubular roof trusses, purlins, rafters, including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS: 1161-1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F rolled mild steel plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment conforming to Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250) quality A complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self-tapping screws/ J-hooks complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete mix 1:3:6, Type C1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in lintels up to 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings up to 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of steel and iron work of any description over 10 cm width or girth with applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in floors and paving, etc., finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming 12mm thick expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘A’ in 100 mm thickness concrete slab complete all as specified and directed.
