Dismantling of existing 5 MT capacity electrically operated rectangular over head traveling crane.

Providing fabricating and erecting stainless steel SS 316 specials structural steel work with necessary welding as per requirement including welding rods and all kind of duties such as loading, unloading and transportation etc for foundation of pump, staircase, ladder, grills etc. including fabrication of angles, pipe plates, flats nut bolts with spring washers anchor bolts etc. including dismantling of old material labours and machineries.

Supplying,Providing,Erecting and commissioning 5 MT Capacity double girder electrically operated rectangular Over head Travelling Crane with 6 Lift complete with rope hoist, class II duty, Two Motions electrically operated by suitable rating motor IP 54, control panel and down pendant control block.

C.C. Foundation- Making cement concrete foundation in 1:3:6 cement concrete, (20 to 25) mm. stone metal duly plastered with necessary curing for complete. (pole muffing or any other purpose)

Square Bar / Rail - Providing, erecting and fixing square bar of EN 8 as rail for over head crane on provided track, girder / continuous corbel beam, including supporting plate and "J" bolts. -- LF 5 -1) 50 X 50 mm ( EN 8)

LT Cables (Aluminum) (CB-LT/AL) - Supplying, erecting & terminating FR XLPE insulated, galvanised steel formed wire armoured (strip) cable, 1100 V 4 core 16 sq. mm. aluminium conductor complete erected with glands & lugs on wall/ trusses/pole or laid in provided trench/ pipe as per specification no. CB-LT/AL

LT - MCCBs (SW-MCCB) - Providing & erecting 3 Pole MCCB, 415V, up to 100A, rated short-circuit breaking capacity 25 kA (Ics=100% of Icu), adjustable thermal (overload) setting and fixed magnetic setting with provided leads, provision for installation of shunt/UV/trip alarm contact. MCCB with phase barriers on both sides, insulation withstand capacity 800V, no line-load bias in provided enclosure/panel as per specification no. SW-MCCB

1)For use of 4 pole MCCBs in place of 3 pole MCCBs add 20% in rate of 3 pole MCCB. 2) In case of specialised application, MCCB used at incomer level shall be microprocessor based with LSIG (overload, short circuit, instantaneous, earth fault) inbuilt protection and shall have door mounted display to ensure close door operation; increase the rate by 20%. 3) MCCBs which are used as incomer shall be of four pole only to ensure neutral isolation. ----- Accessories for MCCB‘s -- Supplying and erecting SS enclosure of 1.6mm thick with detachable gland plate suitable for upto 100A MCCB.
