OD52564/2026-2027:Annual Maintenance and servicing of 1/2/3 TR 240/415 V Air Conditioner Units (Vertical and Wall/Floor Mounting type Split AC unit such as cleaning and servicing of indoor and outdoor unit in yearly as per the condition attached in annexure-1( In normally one water servicing in an year with using chemical material water pump etc. and Two Air servicing in an year with using cleaning material and pressure air pump etc. also including attending minor petty repairs ,fuse call/Break down attending, rectifying defects if any- excluding the material) during the contract period, cleaning indoor air filter if required and maintaining of indoor and outdoor unit as a proper working condition though out an year.

OD53214/2026-2027:All inclusive Comprehensive maintenance contract of the following air conditioner units including replacement of defective accessories, refrigerant controls, pressure testing of the system, vacuuming, oil charges,replacing defective single phase preventer,three pole contractor etc. as required and excluding the replacement of defective compressor, electrical Mains witches and Civil works.11 TR Air Cooled Duct able Split AC units service of the plant 12 times per year

OD87186/2024-2025:Charges for filling sufficient quantity of Freon 22/ 410A gas for existing air conditioner unit including leak testing rectifying the defects leak arresting including brazing and make the compressor in good working condition for the following. 1TR/1.5TR/2TR/3TR AC unit, in place of the damaged one.

OD87175/2024-2025: Supply and installation of Fan leaf suitable for 1TR/1.5TR/2TR AC unit in the place of the defective one

OD87181/2024-2025: Supply and renewal of Indoor Blower Motor suitable for 3TR/ 2TR/ 1.5TR/ 1TR AC unit, in place of the damaged one.

OD87182/2024-2025: Supply and installation of new capacitor 4 mfd or suitable for 1TR/ 1.5TR/ 2TR in place of the defective one

OD87184/2024-2025: Supply and installation of PCB board suitable for 2TR/1.5TR/1TR in the place of defective one.

OD37781/2026-2027: Supply and renewing 2 Pole Power Contractors 9/12/18A AC 3 for 1/1.5/2TR Split AC unit in place of the existing faulty ones and giving connections etc as required.
