Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for brick work with Sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortor 1:4.all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with Sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortor 1:6 but except bricks, complete all as specified and directed. (Note- Old serviceable bricks obtained from item No 1 above shall be reused)

Demolition of concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level), complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished fair and even complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over & including one coat of primer, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in walls or retaining walls, any thickness, size or shape including pilasters, buttresses columns, pillars, boundary pillars and posts (including caps and bases) complete as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground, complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type, complete all as specified & directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, in hard dense soil, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts;, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel screw bolts 5 to 10 mm dia shank (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 5cm but n.exc 10 cm long, complete all as specified & directed.

Supply only Chain link MS galvanisd fencing, any size or type complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured), complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair galvanised iron concertina wire barbed razor coil 610 mm dia as in security fencing mounted on top of angle iron bracket including GI plain wire 3 mm dia for holding coil, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel round bars 10mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as directed and specified

M&L for preparation of newly steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over & including a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.
