Provision for demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge in cement mortar

Provision for demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge

Provision for dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Provision for excavation work by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils as directed, within a lead of 50 m.Ordinary rock.

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing: 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Provision for supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete

Provision for brick work with common burnt clay machine moulded perforated bricks of class designation 12.5 conforming to IS: 2222 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor five level in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Providing brick on edge flooring /pathway with bricks of class designation 7.5 on a bed of 12 mm cement mortar, including filling the joints with same mortar, with common burnt clay non modular bricks: 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Provision for steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level, Mild steel and Medium Tensile steel bars

Provision for reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement :1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Providing 20 mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand)

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete

Finishing walls with Weather coat Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

Removing white or colour wash from grills of boundary wall by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications: Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture

Providing wood work in frames for wooden ramp to monument and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia& length with sal wood.

Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-incharge

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing retro reflective overhead informatory road signage boards made up of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity and encapsulated lens type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - III of ASTM D-4956-01 as approved by Engineer-in-charge, letters, borders etc. as per IRC : 67-2001 in silver white with blue colour back ground and with high intensity grade, pasted on substrate by pressure sensitive adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying pressure conforming to class II of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same to the plate of structural frame work by means of suitable sized aluminium alloys, rivets or bolts & nuts @ 300 mm centre to centre all along the periphery as well as in two vertical rows along with theft resistant measures, including the cost of painting with two or more coats of epoxy paint in grey colour on the back side of aluminium sheet including appropriate priming coat. The rate includes the cost of rounding off the corners, lowering down the structural frame work from the gantry, fixing and erecting the same in position all complete as per drawings, specification and direction of the engineer-in charge.(Structural frame work including M.S. plate to be provided separately. Rectangular area of the sheet only shall be measured for payment).

Supplying and fixing retro reflective signage sheet of existing boards face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - IV of ASTM-D 4956-01 in blue and silver white or other colour combination including subject matter, message (bi lingual), symbols and borders etc. as per IRC ; 67:2001, pasted on substrate by an adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying heat and pressure conforming to class -2 of ASTM-D-4956-01 complete as per drawing , specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge

Provision for excavating, supplying and filling of local earth (including royalty) by mechanical transport upto a lead of 5km also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. complete.

Provision for tactile precast cement concrete tiles 22 mm thick in footpath & courtyard, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles, including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete, on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand). Dark shade pigment using ordinary cement

Provision for Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for: Columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts and struts

Provision for Pointing on brick work or brick flooring with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand): Flush / Ruled/ Struck or weathered pointing

Provision for supplying & fixing of Stainless-Steel Swing Dust Bin (80 - 100 Liter capacity) round /Square shape silver color with approved quality & brand by the engineer in-charge for proper disposal waste management at site including transportation, GST and all taxes etc completed.

Provision for 15 W solar street light with all accessories including underground wiring, lilon batteries up to 9 hours backup time Lumen 130, 60 w solar panel with 5 m GI pole & 5 mtr barbed wire (2 years warranty) etc to illuminate the pathways of monument as per requirement of site with transportation, fitting & fixing charges, installation, GST, and all taxes etc all complete as per direction of the Engineer in-charge

Provision for supplying C.I benches for visitors with approved design by the engineer in-charge including transportation, fitting & fixing charges, GST and all taxes etc completed and deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture including transportation, fitting & fixing, painting etc all complete as per direction of the Engineer in-charge

Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern inframes of windows etc. with M.S. flats, square or roundbars etc. including priming coat with approved steel primer all complete

Provision for repairing & re-fixing of main gate due toraising the height main road (reduce the height of gate to1.90m) including cutting, welding, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets etc all complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.
