Dismantling roofing including ridges, hips, valleys, gutters etc. stacking the servicerbale materials and disposal of unserviceable material within 20 metres lead:- G.I. Sheet roofing.

Dismantling steel work upto span of 10 metres and height between ridge and floor level upto 5 metres in single sections including dismantling and stacking the materials within 20 metres lead Channels, angles, tees and flats:

Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting ,hoisting ,fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint.

Providing and fixing 0.63mm thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm dia metre with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accesories as required as per the direction.

Waterproofing over exisitng RCC Slabs and Drains

Dismantling tiled floors laid in mortar upto floor two level including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of un-serviceable materials within 20 metres lead (wooden/concrete joists to be measured and paid for separately) For thickness of tiles above 25mm and upto 40 mm.

Providing and fixing 10mm thick anti skid water proof stain and impect resistent heavy duty vetrified tiles Nitco or equivalent 600x600mmx10mm manufactured of approved shade and colour in flooring, treads of steps and landings laid over 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 sand) jointed with cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles as required complete.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 Sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in (a) Foundation and plinth

Providing and fixing white vitreous china flat back or wall corner type lipped front urinal basin of 430x260x350 mm and 340x410x265 mm sizes respectively with automatic flushing cistern with standard flush pipe and C.P. brass spreaders with brass unions and G.I clamps complete, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required

Providing and fixing Wash basin with C.I. brackets 15mm C.P. brass pillar tap, 32mm C.P. brass waster of standard pattern, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good walls wherever required White vitreous China wash basin size 450x300 mm with a 15mm C.P. brass pillar tap in the toilet of Gaj Power House

Providing and fixing white vitreous china pedestal for wash basin completely recessed at the back for the reception of pipes and fittings in the toilet of Gaj Power House

Providing and fixing white vitreous china pedestal type water closet (European type W.C. pan) with seat and lid, 10 litre low level white P.V.C. flushing cistern,including flush pipe, with manually controlled device.

Providing and fixing plain asbestoscement sheet ceiling of approved quality with butt jointing and woodscrews(frame work and fillets to be measured and paid for separately). In the machine hall of Gaj Power House.

Demolition above G.L. upto floor two level including disposal of unserviceable materials within 20 metres lead and including cutting the necessary reinforcement: For RCC Work

Providing and Fixing PVC Pipes 90 mm with White Cement in the Holes of RCC Gutter on the roof of Power House Drains

Supplying and fixing glass panes with putty and nails including removal of broken glass panes wherever necessary A) Plain glass 4 mm thick
