BUILDING INCLUDING INTERNAL SERVICES : Consultancy Services for design & detailed planning, and engineering including preparation of detailed architectural, structural and service drawings etc., for the proposed list of buildings in scope of work Sl.No.1 (i) to (vii) including internal services such as internal water supply, plumbing, sanitary services, Sewerage disposal, Internal electrification, power wiring, UPS wiring, Shop electrics, Telephone wiring -LAN Conduits, lighting protection system , as-built drawings etc., complete all as directed and as per the detailed scope of work including proof checking.

Internal services (Electrical , LAN,UPS , Telephone, Joinary & Plumbing,Toilet ) of the following Existing Buildings : Consultancy internal services for design & detailed planning, and engineering including preparation of detailed service drawings etc., for the proposed list of buildings in scope of work Sl.No. 2 (i) to (viii) Internal electrification, power wiring, UPS wiring, Shop electrics, Telephone wiring -LAN Conduits, lighting protection system , as-built drawings etc., complete all as directed and as per the detailed scope of work as directed by engineering in charge.

TEST TRACKS EXCLUDING DESIGN: Consultancy Services for detailed planning, and engineering including preparation of detailed architectural, structural and service drawings etc., for the proposed Test tracks in scope of work Sl.No.3 (i) to (xiii) including as-built drawings etc., complete all as directed and as per the detailed scope of work Note: Design report of IIT, CHENNAI to be provided by this office).

SPECIAL ITEMS OF WORKS: Consultancy Services for design & detailed planning, and engineering including preparation of detailed architectural, structural and service drawings etc., for the following special items of works including as-built drawings etc., complete all as directed and as per the detailed scope of work including proof checking.

(a) Air Conditioning

(b) Special Earthing

Fire Alarm System

(d) Fire Fighting Pumps & Accessories

(e) Crane

(f) IP CCTV Surveillance system

EXTERNAL SERVICES : Consultancy Services for design & detailed planning, and engineering including preparation of detailed architectural, structural and service drawings etc., for the following External services of works including as-built drawings etc., complete all as directed and as per the detailed scope of work , Sl. No. 5 (i) to (vii) .
