| 2Dismantling of existing 11 mtr electric pole, shifting to new approved location, excavation of pit, providing and laying PCC (1:3:6) foundation, erection in proper alignment, refixing of all existing fittings, backfilling, ramming and curing, complete in all respects as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. | |||||
| 3Repair of installed automatic dome sensor door by way of replacement of defective controlling transformer/motor, belt, sensors, and servicing including proper balancing of doors, greasing of belt and allied components, complete in all respects as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. | |||||

| 5Repair of non-functional 20 KVA Capacitor Bank by way of replacement of defective condenser (capacitor unit) including allied works i.e. a, Dismantling of the existing defective capacitor (condenser) from the capacitor bank panel. b, Supply and installation of suitable 20 KVA rated capacitor unit (as per existing system specification). c, Checking and tightening of all electrical connections, contactors, fuses, and terminals. d, Replacement of minor accessories (lugs, thimbles, nuts/bolts, insulating materials, etc.) as required. e, Testing of capacitor bank for proper functioning, power factor improvement, and load balancing. f, Recommissioning of the capacitor bank after repair. g, Disposal of unserviceable capacitor as per norms. | |||||
