Demolition of PCC in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling precast concrete or stone slabs thickness up to 40 mm in walls, partition walls etc. including stacking within 50 metres lead, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats and gate including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. including dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded aggregate as in flooring sub base, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for hard core broken stone boulders to gauge exc 63 mm and n exc 100mm, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L in reapirs machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with rubber mould type any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 100mm thickness M-50 grade of concrete as in floors/ pavements and design with grey cement and pigment bases, incl sand cushioning 50mm thickness, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing Gate for Stainless Steel pipe/Flat/anglar and fitting of grade 316L and Sch 10S as per IS 6911:2017 and conforming to EN-10312 standards complete with press type fitting i/c fixing of the pipe with smooth welding at spacing including cutting and making good including testing of joints and design of gate and incl fitting sliding bolt locking arrangement approval, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Earth work for ordinary rock in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5m, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for old size bricks for brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in Cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC(1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channel in drains, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cementconcrete, using ex- tra cement, includingforms, moulds, mi- tred/stopped ends etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces using cement mortar 1:4 for rendering is to be finished even and smooth (without using extra lime or cement) , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade for New work (Two coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type-B1, using 20 mm graded aggregate in coping , cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S& F for Structural steel work using ms-conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165, riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, Greatings of drain and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Providing 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished Granite stone slab colour black, Cherry/Ruby red (as approved by AO) and fixing , Area of slab over 0.50 sqm premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and dado/Vertical surface and other similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
