M & L 6mm thick Non asbestos fibre cement building board fixed to aluminium frame work with screws, as in ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

M & L applying three coat of white wash on newly plastered or unplastered ceiling surfaces including preperation of surfaces, complete all as specified.

Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish stone slab tiles off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Non - skid coloured Ceramic tiles (1st quality) not less than 7 mm thick of size exc 0.06 sqm but n exc 0.11 sqm , in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match tiles over & including 15mm screed bed or bedding in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 350x 250x 7mm/ 450X 350X 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick backing coat of mortar in CM 1:4 for laying wall tiles finishes complete all as specified.

Taking down chowkhat with shutter (without taking off shutters from the frames) not exc. 1.5 sqm each and removing from site.

Solid PVC door frame of size 50x47mm made out of 5mm thick plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube, supplied and fixed in opening as per specification and drawing complete as directed.
