The intending bidder should have satisfactorily completed (atleast 90% of the contract value) as a prime contractor, at least one Civil Maintenance Work of value not less than Rs. 44.83 Lakhs (Inclusive of GST) in the preceding Five financial years (i.e., 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26). The work done certificate issued by the Competent Authority not below the rank of Chief Engineer in case of KPCL works and not below the rank of Executive Engineer and equivalent in case of other Government Organizations is to be uploaded in the Technical bid. (Work done of shall be given weightage at 10% per year to bring them to the present price level of financial year 2026-27).

The Intending bidder in his name should have achieved in at least Two financial years an average annual financial turnover of Rs.89.66 Lakhs (Inclusive of GST) during the preceding five financial years (i.e., 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26). The bidder shall submit the certified copy of the Profit and Loss account or turnover certificate duly certified by the chartered Accountant & the same shall be uploaded along with the Technical bid.
