HOSPITAL PROJECT [ HOSPITAL BUILDING WITH MORTUARY INCLUDING SUPPLY & INSTALLATION OF MGPS & MOT ] AT HARIDWAR, UTTARAKHAND UNDER CENTRALLY SPONSORED SCHEME (CSS)

Construction of RCC framed structure towers of Hospital Building as per NMC Norms, i/c architectural planning, structural design and planning & designing of services by incorporating stipulated specifications,and construction.of civil works,Internal Electrification, Fan & Light Fixture, Panels/ Distribution Board, T.V. , Telephone System, Earthing, Lightning Protection System, Rising Mains, Cable Tray, Fire Alarm & Detection System, Local Area Networking (LAN), IP-BAX, CCTV System, Access Control, Public address System , Hospital Information System, Electronic Patient Flow Management & Web Portal, UPS System, Lift, Elevators, Nurse Calling System, Laundry Equipment,Kitechen Equipments, MOT, IBMS, CSSD Equipments ,MGPS, Oxygen Generation Plant, Medical Furniture, General Furniture, HVAC work for Hospital Building,Chiller plant including all equipments & accessories, Fire Fighting work ,Sanitary & Plumbing works. Water Supply,Solar Water heater,Hot water system,RO Plant & Sewearge and Soil waste water system etc and all other provisions which are required for functional requirement of building ,Testing and commissioning of E & M work and hand over of complete builings as per directions of Engineer- In-Charge on EPC Contract Mode. Note:-The Scope of Work/Battery Limit may be referred.

Water Supply & Sewearge and Soil waste water system etc and all other provisions which are required for functional requirement of building ,Testing and commissioning of E & M work and hand over of complete builings as per directions of Engineer- In-Charge on EPC Contract Mode.

"NOTE:- THE ABOVE RATE SHALL BE INCLUSIVE OF ALL TAXES & DUTIES, ROYALTIES, CESS, ENVIORMENTAL & POLLUTION, FITNESS & SAFETY CLEARANCE CHARGES (IF ANY), OR ANY OTHER INCIDENTAL CHARGES ETC BUT EXCLUDING GST."
