Designing of Perimeter Road & Wall Lighting for various parts of Perimeter Boundary Walls as relocated or existing of Kolkata Airport with LED flood light luminaires so as to maintain the lux level at the highest point of the wall not less than 10 LUX at the end of 5 th year (i) Illumination by Street Light Poles from Existing Perimeter road from Cargo to LOS Area : refer D1 (ii) Illumination with Perimeter Wall Lighting from LOS Area to SMR 02 U Section : refer D2 (iii) Illumination with street Light Poles from SMR 02 end to Bankra End Area chainage 5.609 : refer D3 & D4 where height of the Perimeter Wall is fixed (as per existing plan and drawings) complete as required and vetting the design in AAI approved lab and as detailed in the Technical Specifications of this tender.

Supply of fully weather proof with IP 66 protected, Integral type LED Street Light Luminaire of the following Wattage, fitted with sufficient number & appropriate type LEDs for generating cool white light, comprising of Pressure Die Cast Aluminum housing, fully weather proof with IP 66 protection, better heat dissipation arrangement and suitable for operation on variable AC inputs employing highly efficient constant current electronic driver etc and as per the technical specification mentioned in this tender document. 45 Watts Street Light Luminaire.

Design and Supply of high strength marine grade aluminium street lighting pole and the Mount height of pole with fixtures of 3.5 mtr, round shaped 70 to 60 mm diameter 3 mm thick, suitable for 90 mph wind pressure and having integral swan-neck type arm of minimum 700 mm span and required angle with aluminium reducer of 100 mm length x 50 mm dia for fitment of light fixture and to achieve desired lux level, cap, pre drilled holes for cable entry & exit, epoxy coated steel base plate 200 x 200 x of 12 mm thick, match drilled, 4 nos.. SS foundation bolt of designated length, pole fixing hardware and aluminium spray painted etc., complete street light pole as required. 3.5 mtr street light pole.

Fixing on the Perimeter wall suitable perimeter wall light fitting including supplying 40mm dia class 'B' GI pipe of length not less than 2.0 mtr by bending the pipe at the desired angle as per illumination design i/c providing and fixing/drilling with MS clamps 02 nos of suitable size, anchor fasteners, GI Flexible pipes, painting numbering etc. as per site requirement.

Supply of external lighting pole junction box of Thermoplastic enclosure (lid made of transparent Polycarbonate and base made of Polystyrene) having single stainless steel screw operation for opening the full transparent hinged lid with sealing facility through that SS screw. The enclosure should have IP 66 degree of protection accordance to EN 60529, dust proof, water tight, light weight, acid resistant, corrosion proof, insulated and shock proof, fire retardant , self-extinguishing, halogen & silica free non- Toxic material, with internally embedded Gasket (made of polyurethane), size of 217x253x115 mm fitted with clamp, nut, bolt, GI Strip at the back of the enclosure, etc. as required as per site requirement & instruction of Engineer-in-charge. Supplying of weather proof, Vermin proof, powder coated, free floor-standing type, fully compartmentalized, double door, outdoor type electrical Panel generally confirming to IP-55 and having SC capacity of 25 KA, fabricated from 2 mm. thick CRCA sheet, treated through seven tank process suitable to accommodate the following along with detachable gland plate (2 mm thick CRCA sheet), the enclosure shall be provided with ventilation louver covered with wire mesh, lifting hooks. a) (i) Incomer - 200 A, 415 V, Four pole MCCB - 1 No. (ii) Outgoing :- (a) 100 A, 4P MCCB - 01 No; (b) 63 A 4P MCCB - 04 Nos. Supply of permanently lubricated HDPE (High density polyethylene) pipe of 75 mm outer dia. along with necessary connectors/couplers/adaptors etc. complete as required and as per the technical specifications.

Erection of Aluminium Perimeter road light pole of 3.5 mtr. height, on 4 nos. foundation bolt grouted on RCC foundation with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), 50 mm thick base concrete (1:3:6) over 75 mm flat brick soiling including excavation and refilling, cement plaster etc. as required. i/c painting C.C. color with synthetic enamel paint of approved color etc. as required.

Embedding 2 nos. 40 mm OD, 1.5 mtr. each, HDPE pipe as per item no.08 (but excluding supply of 40 mm OD HDPE pipe) with coupler attachment at one end, for each pole, from ground to loop-in loop-out box through pole foundation (during casting) for cable entry including bending the pipe to the required shape complete as required.

Installation, testing and commissioning of LED Luminaire on the existing pole or bracket i/c angle setting, complete accessories and connection of cable from looping box. With 3 X 1.5 sq. mm PVC insulated FR copper conductor wire & lugs/ ferrules as reqd. 45 Watts LED Street Light Luminaire.

Fixing of Polycarbonate loop-in-loop out junction boxes on each Aluminium pole/perimeter wall i/c providing loop in loop out cables from the box through suitable glands by providing suitable size 25 x 5 mm GI strips, nut, bolt, anchor fasteners etc. as required as per site requirement & instruction of Engineer-in-charge.

Installation, testing and commissioning of electrical Panel as offered in item no. 6 including concrete foundation (1:3:6) and brick work of suitable size on three sides. It also includes swapping, recoiling, handling, refilling with sand and brick protection of all incoming and outgoing cables etc. complete as required.

Laying of 75 mm OD permanently lubricated HDPE (high density polyethylene) pipe along with its necessary accessories like coupler, end plugs etc. below the ground (i/c Road crossing, Cement concrete Apron Area) at a depth of 3.5 m to 5 m through horizontal directional drilling etc. complete as required after doing Ground Penetrating Radar Survey and submitting its report of underground utilities as per technical specification.

Laying of 40 mm dia permanently lubricated HDPE pipe along with its accessories like coupler, end plugs etc. in following way - (a) in the soil work upto 750 mm deep, back filling & making good the same as per site requirement.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade of following size in the existing RCC / HUME / METAL/HDPE pipe as required. (a) Upto 35 sq. mm.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade of following size in the existing RCC / HUME / METAL/HDPE pipe as required. (b) Above 95 sq. mm and upto 185 sq. mm.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc. as required. (a) Upto 35 sq. mm.

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface as required. Upto 35 sq. mm (clamped with 1mm thick saddle)

Constructing brick masonry chamber with bricks in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) with R.C.C. top slab with 1:2:4 mix (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) foundation concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 fine sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size), inside plastering 12 mm thick with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished smooth with a floating coat of neat cement on walls and bed concrete etc. With common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 complete as per standard design: (Inside dimensions 1000 x 750 mm and 900 mm deep) i/c submission of GPS coordinate at each chamber location etc and as per EIC.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) . Including any form of work etc. as required.

Dismantling of existing perimeter light pole / flood light pole of Height upto 3.65 Mtr along with its fitting(s). Loop in loop out box, connection, demolition of old brick pedestal & making the surface good and transportation of the dismantled feeder pillar from site to AAI store etc. at Airport premises as required as per direction of engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of existing perimeter road/wall light fitting with its mounting arrangement on perimeter wall including attached GI pipe, MS clamps, Junction Boxes and disconnecting the Loop Cable from the junction boxes and returning the same to AAI store etc. as per site requirement.

Demolition of concrete pedestal from dismantled perimeter light pole by manual means i/c painting the same pole so as to make the pole fit for reinstallation. etc. as per instruction of EIC.

Supply of Heavy Duty Mobile Telescopic Vertical Lighting tower of height min 8.5 mtr fully erected condition with 5 KVA, 1500 RPM Air / Water cooled diesel engine directly coupled to a self-excited, self-regulated alternator having output of 4 KW, 1phase, 10 HP, 50 Hz, including 50ltr capacity fuel tank with incorporate vibration dampers having provision for battery for engine start should be housed in a suitable designed acoustic cover meeting CPCB II Norms for noise as well as exhaust emission specification. DG Set and alternator should be placed on 3 wheeler trolley base with pneumatic tyres having 9-meter tower 7m + 1 m trolley + 1 m cradle) self-supporting telescopic tilting tower, control panel for manually as well as motorized operated winches combining with 8 nos. 350 Watt. (Long range type) LED flood light fittings complete, control gear connected with set of copper conductor cable with plug and conduit pipe etc Complete as required and as per the technical specifications mentioned in the tender.

Supply of battery-operated LED type unserviceability obstruction lights red colour with 10 cd luminous intensity consisting of 50 Wp Monocrystalline Solar PV module and min 12 V, 12 AH Battery (having 3 years replacement warrantee) with mounting arrangement for mounting on 330(L) x 330(W) x 300(H) MS Box complete as required.
